During my recent visit to Vila Fayrouz in Riyadh, I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience — from the beautiful ambiance to the exceptional level of service and, of course, the exquisite cuisine. The place looks amazing from the inside as well as the outside. Shisha was great and it’s personal, however the reason for 2 stars is that waiters are so stuckup and make you feel that they are the ones will pay for your bill. You take an advance for reservation which is fine by me, but that tells you I’m committed to coming and wanting a lovely experience. You don’t have to rush me to take my orders first of all and don’t suggest things I have already said no to. Also, as a Mediterranean restaurant bread should be available always. You serve freshly baked and prepackaged, I asked for fresh bread and the waiter just ignores my requests twice and kept calling but nothing. If the bread is for free just keep them coming cus my orders require bread, and no one likes prepackaged bread (I can eat it at home).
