The worst experience EVER! This is my story in DETAILS :
First of all, today i went to just do my hair straight, the stylist pushes my head very tough and tells me (your hair is very difficult and hard to do) so i tell her if you cannot do it, then don’t do it, i will change to another stylist. She continues to do my hair. I asked what is her name, she said (no need to tell) she did not tell me her name at all.
Next, my little daughter was doing her hair on the other side, and she needed me to be next to her, so i ask the same stylist to change my seat if possible. Her reply with a loud shouting tone (can’t you see how many plugs are there? Its all used i can’t take you there!)
And on the other side, my little daughter had the worst hair experience any child can ever have.
she has very curly hair and wanted to just do straight, the stylist start just 1 little part then she says (we can’t do it with the blow dryer, we need to only use the straightener). Next, she combs the very small curls with the comb so strong and with dry hair ,pulling her head in a mean manner!! My daughter started to cry because it hurts her so much, i ask them to use hair serum, they refuse. I told them you can’t use a straightener directly on curly hair! You need to first just quick dry with a blowDryer to let the curls loose a little bit and then use the straightener, they refused all my solutions!
Lastly, while in the middle of the work, half of my daughter’s hair is straight and the other half is curly, the receptionist (the chubby one) came to me with the cash in her hand, and said your daughter is crying so we can’t continue doing the hair, you can go out of the salon now!!!!!!!!
Keep in mind, this is 27/June/2023 at night (10:30 pm) one night before Eid Al Adha, there will not be any hair salon working at this time!!
Also, they did not even bother for my response, they left us and went and put on their Abayas!!! I said at least let 2 hairstylists work on the girl’s hair so it will finish quickly, everytime one different stylist comes and goes right away!!! The only good stylist was Ams, she stayed with us till we finished all of her hair!!
The biggest disappointment, i asked the receptionist to give me (the Saudi owner’s number) and she said its not allowed to give her number. You can talk to Nana! I know that Nana is a hairstylist, she is not the management and she is for sure not the owner!!!!!!!!!
Finally, i am going to raise a complain to the Ministry of Commerce and all entities who will support me in getting my right as a consumer !
This is not the right way to treat a customer, and not even human to talk and shout and be rude to clients!!!
I used to come here alot, and i always had negative comments in my mind, but i never complained about them before!
Now i am never coming back!! And wait for the ministry’s visit hope they never let your behavior get away...

There were several things I loved about the salon: the fast service ⏩, the exceptional quality of care, and the nice touch of being offered coffee ☕ or water during my visit. Plus, I enjoyed a mesmerizing view of beautiful landscapes on the flat screen above while getting my hair washed. It was such a calming experience! 🌅
However, there were a few things that could use improvement. The mirror in front of me was a bit dirty, and the salon had an old vibe. The receptionist was quite loud in calling for other employees, which felt a bit disruptive. 🤔 I also noticed some staff lounging around, which gave off a somewhat low-class feel.
While my experience was generally pleasant, I was a bit disappointed to find that the 170 riyals I paid didn’t include a proper hair drying; they only dried the front, leaving the back wet. 💸 The salon was quite crowded, which shows that their service quality attracts many clients, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Read moreA few months ago i did my hair here cause i wanted to renew the blonde highlights. I came in and paid and did not get the results i wanted. They offered to redo my hair and made it way darker we were contacted through messages and i have been trying and trying to send but the messages won’t go through and i believe it is because they blocked me …. I just want to note that is beyond unprofessional considering i was a repeat customer with my entire family that i introduced them to. But now i dont think i will ever go back again because of this and neither will my family….. i am so disappointed because i loved this salon and all of the employees in it but alas i will not tolerate being treated this way as a paying...
