From the moment sweet‑smiling Walaif in red at reception welcomed me, I felt like royalty. She not only checked me in with kindness but upgraded me to the VIP lounge, offering sweeping views that soothed my long journey. At checkout, Abdulrahman was equally exceptional—he genuinely asked about my stay, listening with warmth and concern. The bell‑man Muneer handled my luggage with care and even walked me to the room, orienting me thoughtfully.

My room? Huge. Spacious. Closet galore. The bathroom featured both shower and soaking tub—pure relaxation after travel. Dining options were splendid: buffet and À la carte in the VIP lounge, plus 24‑hour room service offering plenty of variety.
