VOG Hair Riyadh — Local services in Municipality of Olaya

I was visiting this hair salon on a regular basis for over than a year.Generally i was pleased with the services provided, regarding hair coloring and brussing. As i deciced to change my hair color one to two tones lighter, the ...disaster occured... A lot of chemicals that ruined my hair and two different colors in the roots and the rest of my hair was the result. I visited again ,they told me the only thing they could do is to color again my hair darker as previously, without any discount!! Meanwhile the back of my t-shirt was ruined by the color during the procedure ,nobody at the hair salon told me about it ,not even when they helped me to wear my abaya.., i found out when i returned at home..Although it was their fault , they didnt want to compensate me.. Shame really for people that want to be in...

Terrible experience. Put into a side room to wait and had the lights turned off by a surly assistant who had to be asked to wear her mask by me.

Hair was cut, and blow dry started...but the hairdresser downed tools and told me I would have to pay more to have the back of my head done too.

The same hairdresser then came back to me, apologised and offered to blow dry it. When I said no she began to hug me and kiss my head. This was completely inappropriate,  especially given the COVID situation and regulations that businesses should be adhering to.

I have had my hair done in many countries and never experienced such behaviour. The staff are unfriendly and the atmosphere is not relaxing.
