Burj Al Hamam is a Lebanese restaurant chain that has several locations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The restaurant is known for its traditional Lebanese cuisine, which includes dishes such as hummus, baba ghanoush, kebabs, and shish taouk.
I recently had the opportunity to dine at the Burj Al Hamam location in granada district in Riyadh. I was impressed with the service and the food. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh and flavorful.
I started my meal with the kale salad. It was delicious and refreshing especially with fresh ingredients and mouthwatering dressing. For my main course, I ordered the Molokheya, which included rice, chicken, & beef and side fried bread and onion with vinegar. It's one of the Lebanese traditional ways to serve this dish.
I ended my meal with the ice cream mafrouka for dessert. It was the perfect way to end my meal.
Overall, I had a great experience at Burj Al Hamam. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Lebanese dining experience in Riyadh.
Here are some specific pros and cons of my experience:

Friendly and attentive service
Inviting atmosphere
Cons:

Overall, I would give Burj Al Hamam a 4.5...
Read moreBurj Al hamam, new location at Mèlèz BLVD, along Al Imam Saud Bi Abdulaziz road, Riyadh. The location is perfect, latest and newest branch for Burj Al Hamam that recently opened during 2023. Been customer for decade and decided to try this new branch while i was near. The shock was when we reached, the hostess immediately told us to go outside to the outdoor seating area which we didn't want as it was extremely hot, but it was the only option so we decided to give it a try. They had some major issue inside the restaurant, water was overflowing on the floor and literary the ceiling was having huge leak. There was a little disturbing odor. We got seated outside during the highest summer heat, and it was very annoying and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly but they were inattentive and distracted by the incident most probably. The only thing we tried to enjoy was the Authentic lebanese cuisine items we ordered. When asked for washroom they told us to use tissues and after paying we were asked to leave from where we were sitting from the outdoor terrace. It was an awful experience and far away from the lowest expectations and very disappointing. It is a surprise how a brand new branch with amazing location having this...
Read moreSo this place is easy to reach from any corner of Riyadh and may cost ~20 SAR to 50 SAR depending upon where you are coming from. The place, serves the Lebanese cuisine of a good quality and they serve fresh juice Apple, Orange, and Carrot ( one has the option to mix them as well). The place has two seatings options indoor and outdoor. The indoor decor is good and there are plugs to save the screens from low batteries. In indoor seating there is also a first floor so one sir upstairs and enjoy the food but there is no road side view ( that personally is a dampner for me) but it's a personal choice. I have reduced one star as the food is not unique but rather the same one can find in Riyadh. I am refraining from adding the pricing as it depends on what one eats, however, on an average the pricing is slightly above average. Hope this helps,...
