SHiRO — Restaurant in Al Rawda Muncipality

I recently visited Shiro Restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As a regular customer, I’ve always enjoyed dining here, but this visit was a major disappointment.

I called 30 minutes before arriving to reserve a table, and I was assured that it would be ready. However, upon arrival, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before being seated.

After placing my order, the appetizers (crab salad and dynamite shrimp) were served promptly. However, the dynamite shrimp was oily and much smaller in size than usual, which was disappointing. Then, I had to wait another 40 minutes for the sushi, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong order—taken from another customer and served to me. This is completely unacceptable in terms of both service quality and food safety.

When I raised the issue, the manager came over and assured me that the food would be replaced. However, instead of preparing a fresh order, they simply took the same sushi back to the kitchen, rearranged it on a bigger plate, and served it to me cold. This lack of professionalism and attention to quality was extremely disappointing.

As a loyal customer, I expect better. Shiro has a great reputation, but this level of poor service, mismanagement, and disregard for customer experience is unacceptable. I hope they take serious steps to improve their reservation system, order accuracy, food quality, and service efficiency.

Would I return? Not unless they make significant...

The menu offered a variety of innovative dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every bite reflected the effort and thoughtfulness put into the preparation. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the unique flavor combinations truly set Shiro apart from other restaurants.

Bekram’s professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding; he ensured that every aspect of our visit was flawless. Traixy, on the other hand, charmed us with her friendly and engaging attitude, making us feel like valued guests throughout the meal. Their teamwork and dedication to providing top-notch service are a testament to the high standards of Shiro.
