I apology but the cashier named “Roman” has a really bad customer care. I ordered two hot chocolate (small and medium). At the same time at counter I changed my mind to take both medium. I asked him to change my order. He said no I can’t change it. We asked an other guy if he can change my order. He was very helpful and supportive. He said no problem sir I will give you medium.
