What a disappoinment.
Was really looking forward to eating here. Felt bad for the waiter as it seemed he was the only one taking orders so it took him some time to reach us, despite them having plenty of other types of staff. Placed our order and finished the pizza (pepperoni) and saffron chicken risotto before we even got our drinks.
Let me stop here by first mentioning that the risotto was really good, even though it's nothing like a traditional risotto. Super creamy and soft, no bite that you would expect with a real risotto. And it makes sense that it's not a traditional one because it was the first thing on our table. Also, the pizza was pretty good. Even if some pieces had mushrooms and onions when it shouldn't have.. but I digress.
Next we have our main pasta dishes: pink ravioli and garlic shrimp spaghetti.
No where in the menu does it mention the type of ravioli, and I made a mistake and assumed it was cheese when I really should have asked. But it was spinach and it totally ruined the dish for me. Same issue with the garlic shrimp spaghetti, doesn't mention cream but it was creamy. Not sure you can get an olive oil emulsion that creamy but maybe they could. I just feel these things should be mentioned in the menu. Even their regular mojito had what I presumed to be ginger in there which really overwhelmed the drink.
All in all I'm really not impressed and don't get the hype. If you're going to take iconic photographs of the food and ambiance then maybe it's the place for you. But if you're looking for an experience where you have attentive staff, a descriptive menu... This place...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at BLANCA PIZZERIA, all because of a staff member named Farah Alkhafri, who is without a doubt the rudest employee I have ever encountered in any restaurant.
I paid for my dinner in cash — 400 SAR, and she owed me 78 SAR in return. However, she refused to give me the full amount, claiming she didn’t have a 2 SAR coin. When I told her it’s not my problem, she shockingly said:
“I will never forgive you. We will meet on the Day of Judgment.” Imagine hearing that over 2 SAR — it was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and frankly insulting.
Instead of offering a solution, she made it my responsibility to go to the nearest gas station to get exact change. That is not how customers should be treated.
On top of that, I witnessed her yelling at other employees and dealing with customers in a condescending and aggressive tone. It’s clear she lacks the basic manners and training to work in a customer-facing role.
This kind of hostile behavior is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management at BLANCA PIZZERIA investigate this incident and take immediate disciplinary action. Farah Alkhafri should be terminated — she is damaging your restaurant’s reputation and driving customers away.
I will also be filing a formal complaint with the authorities and requesting access to surveillance footage to document this behavior further.

The first thing to get my attention is the beautiful smell all over thy restaurant, and the open space and the sunlight, the atmosphere is definitely wonderful.👏👌 we ordered pizzas and lasagne, as for the pizzas, it did come a bit burnt in the sides and the crusts were too thick for a true italian pizza, but to be fully honest, the taste and sauce and the dough tasted excellent and we really enjoyed them👍 as for the lasagne, it’s without a doubt, the tastiest lasagne I have ever tasted in a restaurant, the best! Everything about it from taste to texture to amount of cheese everything was perfect 👏👌 also we ordered juices but forgot their names, delicious and refreshing but too much ice and little actual juice. the staff unfortunately had no sense of hospitality, they did their job but they seemed bothered and no one cared to smile or to show any welcoming gestures. Especially the manager or supervisor the one in a suit was talking loudly on the phone, even when I tried to approach him for feedback he didn’t even smile and just turned away, unprofessional attitude.
