Updated Review: After my previous visits and complain, i received a call from the management promising to enhance the service, and they delivered on their promise.

During my recent visit, the service was superb and much, much quicker than ever before, despite the fact that the place was jam-packed.

I commend them on the efforts and wish them all the best. Will be defiantly visiting again.

Food - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best breakfast spots in town. The pancakes are fluffy, the plain French-toast is my favorite order by far. The eggs plates are nothing to die for, but still better than other places.

Service - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Despite the hiccups faced, they are improving and are delivering good service. Waiters need to pay a tad-bit more attention to the orders

Decor & Amenities - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only reason i give it 3 stars is due to the fact that the family section is upstairs. People with disabilities will find it hard to walk up those stairs. The mens section is great though decor and setting.

Previous Review: The place deserves a 5 star review (which was my original rating), however the service at the family section keeps getting worse with each visit. Seriously the guys there are lost and incompetent. Management really needs to look into this. And please don't use the Full restaurant excuse! There are plenty of empty tables, plenty!

Original review post opening: Great coffee and breakfast... The experience is really nice and the guys are well informed and...

Really inventive take on the cafe front! Very creative approach on their hot and cold drinks. The usual meals may need a bit of brush up but this is not their front liner offers so its quite amenable. I'd imagine the place to be a bit crowded on busy hours specially on weekends. Was there during the late afternoon for brunch and the place was very light. I normally see their place really packed in the evenings with a variety of patronage from the young to the young at heart. Their staff were very helpful so as their cafe supervisor. The winding stairs to the family area should be dealt with carefully as it poses an accident waiting to happen. I'm planning to take on and try a number of their menu listing on cold and hot drinks though I already think that some of their portions, although creatively offered may take more than one time to consume in a gulp...Definitely...

Let's start with what's important, the coffee is pretty solid and the price is decent.

Now that we got that out of the way, let's talk about the experience. The interior design is what you expect in a café but that's not a bad thing. It's comfortable and the quality is pretty nice.

The staff, they were polite, sociable and welcoming, the time they took to make the coffee and food wasn't too long neither was it too short.

The ambiance, the music is low enough it filter out so you can have a conversation or finish up your work but if you wanted to, you can enjoy the music just as well. I don't know if the music Playlist is random or it's the Playlist from somebody working there, but if it is, I just wanted to say that you sir have a good taste in music.
