I really have bad bad experience with the Staff today, since there is new mug and I am a loyal fan of 1/2 M and collecting . For today RED MUG we have a long line we started from outside in 1/2 Khalidiya branch as a loyal customer its ok it’s worth the sacrifice. Unfortunately STAFF FROM THE DOOR OF 1/2 M never even greet customer to show courtesy, when we reached the counter after long long waiting the cashier he allowed 2 guys 1 man short wearing thob other 1 medium in heaight wearing black shirt almost 4:30 onward this you can track with cctv please. IMAGINE HE JUST ALLOWED SOMEONE TO INSERT !!!! made me so furious never again no ethics never welcome customer and he have the audacity to allow people who were never in line to insert😡😡😡Then when I asked he told it will be quick well I don’t care becuase STAFF IN 1/2 M must RESPECT US WE ARE CUSTOMER AS WELL!!! Really Poor s we service, what happend next makes us furious when we collect there was a guy who just keep passing by us and gave the ordered coffee one by one and never place in a plastic nor sealed the mug nor gave us the straw. OMG !!! The supervisor and most of the crew in Al Khalidiya branch ( Date: 15th of August time: around 4pm plus to 5:05pm ) should be change for POOR SERVICE AND NO ETHICS NO ONE SMILE NOR GREETED ANY CUSTOMER THEY MUST BE SO THANKFUL DESPITE THE DEGREE CENTEGRADE OUTSIDE WE STILL ALMOST ALL FILIPINO THERE LINE UP TO PURCHASE. Every day, I get my coffee from this store, and every day I’m greeted with hardworking, dedicated employees who truly go above and beyond. I want to especially thank the amazing team who make the coffee and the guys delivers my coffee to my car — they’re always on time, even when the sun is hot and when parking is difficult at this location.

They recognize my order and car, and never fail to make sure everything is perfect. On the rare occasion when my coffee might be delayed, they kindly inform me it's being freshly prepared, which I truly appreciate.

On Saturday, July, 26. I came in for my usual hot drip coffee. I parked in front of the store and went in to pick up my order, but the staff insisted on bringing it out to my car as it was still being freshly brewed. To my surprise, they came out not only with a smile and a thank-you, but also with a sweet handwritten message on the cup — it genuinely made my day.

These employees have become an essential part of my morning routine, and I can confidently say Half Million is incredibly lucky to have such dedicated, friendly, and professional people on their team.

If I had these guys on my team, I’d be the luckiest guy in the world to have such dedicated people who clearly run a successful business.
