Caffeine Lab — Restaurant in Makkah Region

It is said "the illusion of knowledge is the worst enemy for the humanity" Well, I know this place since it was a small retailer for coffee supplies and roastry, at that time they were one of the leaders in coffee industry. My visits at that place were insightful and rewarding.

Then, they decided to move forward to be a service provider for coffee shop industry. It is considered as a leap step which I personally admire. Honestly, I visited this coffee shop several times and it disappointed me always.

Although the coffee beans were still fine, the price is insanely increased. Not only premium coffee like Cup of Excellence grades, but also coffee making tools and coffee machines and overall range of products.

The business model for cafes industry is dramatically changing and has its own merits which are obviously missed in your business. Being a service provider is different from roasting coffee and selling beans in bulk. I believe you still have some loyal customers and many new visitors, but the publicity is a short-term success.

You have to improve the performance of your staff, I am sorry to say your current ones are way below the expectations. It's been a horrible experience for many customers.

The first tea i had was the arabian night tea, super! I went the next day, ordered the same kind of tea! The taste is really amazing and relaxing 😊🥰

The ambiance is not that calm because they are in demand. However, they have that proper social distancing! Bravo to that!

My husband's order was the cold pressed juice "the throat cleanser" that was made of green apple, ginger, lemon, natural honey. According to him, it was awesome! The title describes its real effect of that drink!

Their cups, glasses, and other utensils used in their service are extraordinary!

They have a lot of beautiful collections of cups, teapots, coffee makers, etc! According to their staff, these items came from different countries like spain, Ethiopia, Australia, Costa Rica, and so on!

To start with an honest review the coffee is on of the best if not the best ever in the town. However today I went to the new branch at city yard plaza, it was quite busy as the new complex is very trendy. I waited by the door almost 20 minutes to be seated when my turn come the guy by the door told me there is no seats available! After few minutes 2 girls came they told the guy by the door we only going to order a take away then I saw them walking and getting seated! I told the guy this is not acceptable I am before them he justifyed that they are only 2 of them and we are a group of 4 I said but you just stopped 2 people with the same number of group! he explained I want to gain them as they are new customers that really made me laug lol!
