We went there to have hookah the place was empty and we were planing to get drinks ,sweets and hookah we had dinner in another place already the lady at the front asked us if we were planing to order dinner we said no we already did and that we were there to have hookah she said sorry you can’t come in 😳 I told her why ? She said it is our policy so I said we will definitely have orders with the hookah she said let me ask the manager she went and came back and said he said NO 😂my reaction was just laughing I told her tell him he just lost 6 customers we were a group . I’ll never visit again.

Here is my reply to the owner response,if you have a certain time for services you should mention it online or when we called to ask if we needed reservations. I don’t care if it is for the money or not it is about customer service I came as a customer and was not treated with respect. I could’ve came back another time if the way they talked to us was with respect . It is very clear from your answer what kind of customer services you have !!...

Came here with my family to check this place out, first thing I noticed is the service, after we were seated no one came at all, we actually had to call them to come and get our order when the food started coming we noticed that the waiters are pouring drinks to all customers except us same as well for food. We also noticed the manager going to some tables and greet them and he didn’t come to us. After we finished eating we were setting for around 15 min and no one came to get the plates or even ask us. Eventually we asked them for the bill! Guess what? No one brought the bill! We talked to the manager about the whole situation and he simply said “the others are regular visitors” and “they complain so i had to talk to them” and “you guys didn’t order a-lot of food” do we really have to complain and order extra for us to get service and our bill was around 600 Riyal by the way.
