Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Makkah Region

Service is not really that good compared to other branches. I love costa coffee but this branch provides incomplete and not-good services. Me and my friend ordered gingerbread latte with honey cake.

Gingerbread latte was served to us without cream and gingerbread. And the taste is just like ordinary coffee mixed with powdered milk compared to other branches.

Honey cake was served without giving us tissue, knife and fork.

The services that a customer derserves were incomplete. They have to be reminded first before they will give you what you have paid for. Also, we have stayed almost 30 minutes sitting with a messy table.

They said “sorry” but so insincere. They didn’t even look at me while saying sorry, instead it’s their back facing me.

Harassment from the barista who came to my table and told me to order something else if I wanted to stay, after I already had consumed food and a drink for 37 SAR. Half the place was empty and families were camped out for as long as I was or longer.
