Poor customer service. Please change the system of taking order especially from female or family customer.. I ask to bring the menu to the table upstairs as it’s not convenient for me to oder without go through all the menu, but they said u can u choose the fish in front of u but I still feel not convenient and the restaurant is empty that time, and the worker on their phone. so I just ask to bring the seafood soup first while I’m having my own time to look at the menu and I told them that I don’t care about the fish neither the prices. Unfortunately at first I thought the one who stand at the counter understood but after waiting upstairs more than 30minutes I know that they just busy with the phone and never appreciate the customer like me.🤷‍♀️ I’m so disappointed.. even when I left the restaurant non of the staff approach me because they still busy with the phone and the restaurant...

Very bad experience. Spoiled Tahina was served and when reported it to waiter result was rude behaviour.

Un attending to customer. Except for Warm soup (not hot) nothing else was commendable.

We ordered grilled fish, fish munchooriyan and prawns fry.

Grilled fish - (hamour) small fish with no mass at all, asked for spicy grill but it didnt even tickle my tastebuds.

Fish Munchooriyan- (served cold) frozen fish which was supposed to be deep fried was used, no taste at all. I am Super angry for choosing that dish.

Prawns fry- too bad to comment. do not know how they managed to make fish dishes...

Worst experience from jeddah. They didn't care their customers and we got our very late and it was cold.... I never recommend this to anyone... After the payment the cashier was apologizing for what happened too... Careless......... Please don't waste your time and money. There's a lot of good sea fish restaurants are there in Jeddah. Please try any other you will feel the difference of...
