The front office staff at RozeMond Hotel deserves special recognition for their professionalism and support throughout my stay. Ms. Alyaa Al Harby, the Front Office Manager, along with her team including Nourhan Al Korashi, Yazan Al Ghamdi, Salman Al Madani, Areej Al Eisery, and Ms. Elaaf Abou Al Khiour, provided exceptional service with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Read moreI recently stayed at Al Rosemond Alhamra Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways.
First of all, the gym and swimming pool are among the best I’ve seen in hotels within this price range. The gym is well-equipped with almost everything you need, and it’s spacious, unlike many cramped hotel gyms I’ve experienced in the past. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained — a perfect spot to relax.
The rooms were another highlight — clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.
On the ground floor, there’s a restaurant offering a buffet dinner for 60 SAR. While the dish variety is limited, the salad bar is refreshing, and honestly, compared to ordering individual items through room service (like a sandwich for around 30 SAR or coffee that can push the total even higher), the buffet is a better value for money. The restaurant itself is big and nicely arranged, and they also serve breakfast with similar variety levels.
A special mention to the customer service — I received three follow-up calls during my stay just to check if everything was fine or if I needed anything. That’s rare and really appreciated!
The location is also quite good — just a 17-minute walk to the Corniche, making it ideal for evening strolls or quick access to the waterfront.
The only downside I experienced was the limited basement parking, but thankfully I was always able to find parking in front of the hotel.
Overall, I highly recommend Al Rosemond Alhamra Hotel for anyone visiting the area — it offers excellent facilities, good value for money, and great...
Read moreAfter a long trip from Yanbu, I was eager to get relaxed using the sauna or steam room, as was mentioned in the facilities list of the hotel I picked. Got ready with suitable clothes and went up to sixth floor, the spa area, no body was there, looked around and found the sauna, jakkozi, and steam rooms. To my surprize and disappointment all the rooms were cold and dry. Any way tried to find the heater switch for the sauna, it is located behind the heater inside the room! Unsafe and inconvenient. Switched on the heater and waited half an hour to heat the sauna; it was barely heated to become just worm (it seams only one of the three heater elements are working!).Ok, may be adding some water will do, so went out looking for a bucket to get some water, but cauld not find any thing to hold water with. After an hour or so a guy came, I asked for a bucket of water, he brought me a very small beaker (one litre!) si I had to go back and fourth to pathrooms to get water. Spent two hours in there with just a worn sauna; very disappointed and angry of the service. It does not cost much to install a heater switch outside the sauna room, and it really worths it fuxing or even replacing the faulty heater!||The staff at the reception were very nice and respectfull, the rooms are clean and comfortable, but my disappointment from the spa experience was still there. Next day, I went up again to check if they did anything after my complain, the spa was wet and worm; the sauna just worm and not hot enough! The management should invest some money to make...
