First of all, we go to Starbucks for the customer experience they are known by. To start, there was no greeting or welcoming when you get in which is not the norm at Starbucks (very unprofessional). Then, it's a custom to ask about your name and call you with it when your order is ready but that didn't happen. Later around 8 AM more employees started to come and the place was relatively quite but one girl was speaking so loud without any respect to customers who are working. Also, she came in and turned down the air-conditioning temperature to 18C in early morning just because she is feeling hot and don't care about anyone else. Even her colleague told her it is already cold but she didn't care. Another issue is the cats at the entrance of the store where some employees are trying to be kind to them (I'm not against animal lovers) but not Infront of a food business entrance. Besides cats around a place in our culture would scare kids and women which means they might not get in or just go for a drive through to avoid the cats. Additionally, this could also means that this business have some health and hygiene issues assuming there are food and garbage given to the cats around the place. For me, I would never visit this branch again and 4 stars...

But Around 2:30 am Feb 24... We complain about the rest room to your Saudi staff. A Saudi guy. Who's not using his brain.. use the female rest room. Without flushing it. First my friend went to the Saudi staff .. he ignore her. Which is a rude attitude for doing that.Did not say anything Then I talked to the Saudi staff informing him that a Saudi man used the female restroom and the rest room was dirty.i went to him . Again he ignored my complain. Did not even bother to respond..he only responded when I went to him the second time.
Make sure your toilet sign is understandable. Some people are not using their brain...and teach your staff how to deal with people who complain... They need to respond and give time when can they attend to your costumer's need.
Or hire a cleaner. .. who will focus with the rest room.

Read moreCame to this place for coffee and study for finals. Not once during that week have I found a clean table. Way too many staff and not a single one cleans the tables. 4 or 5 staff to take drive through orders, supervisor does literally nothing (unless holding his phone is work), meanwhile the cashier that served me never stopped taking care of orders, fulfilling them and cleaning the display. I go to a smaller Cafe near university, more customers, one cashier, who's a batista that cleans the table within minutes of guests departure...
Starbucks is KSA, especially western region isn't properly managed.
As a write this, in the small Cafe with one person, when guests settled, he went out to clean the front glass... It makes sense that small business care more, but clean place to sit isn't the tallest thing to order from...
