I had an art installation project next to this restaurant so when I was done I passed by to have some treat.
I loved the decoration how it was matching the local style. They also offer WiFi. This is an excellent service as a tourist almost none of the local shops offer such a service so it’s very smart by them to offer a good one.
I was there with my mum who does not usually eat outside but she fell in love with their Halloumi Cheese Sandwich served with baby spinach leaves and avocado paste. Actually that was one of her best things she tried in Al Ula City.
I tried the chucked sandwich my self which I have also loved a lot. We did order an orange juice. The bill was around 120 SR almost.
The music is amazing. You can easily hear the conversations from all other tables.
They place gets full quickly and so that might have the waiters serve you slowly. But if you just focus on having a good time and be less nagging in the waiters, you will enjoy your time.
I live sitting outside so I can enjoy the beauty of Al Ula nature around me.
I am glad they have a branch here in Jeddah so I can visit and enjoy their yummy food again.
I only did not like the heavy sandy entrance and I hope they can...
Read moreWe came in and stood at the cashier for 5 mins then the Lebanese guy told us to go sit at the table if we want to dine in. We’ve been at our outdoor table for 20 minutes, getting scorched by the sun, and being eaten alive by flies. Zero shade
The ground was very un even, i dont know how you expect this to be “wheelchair accessible” or even “human accessible”
Tables were dirty, no one came to take our order, we gave them a 20 minute notice and still no one came, we waited again for 10 minutes and we decided to leave..
The fact that the Manager/guy at the cashier told us to sit down, showed that he should have had an idea that there was someone waiting at the table.. the waiter saw us a couple times and ignored us..
I was genuinely planning on booking for the next couple of days for a group of 18 persons. Its good that we got to know the true nature of this place before muddling my face infront of my guests.
Update: We have booked in advance through Me. Hadi Suliman. He has pleased us through everything, food was really good, he even helped us customize the food to our liking. Great table, we also had something to repel the flies. يعطيك العافية استاذ...
Read moreUpdate since the remodel: they have simplified the menu while adding some more flavors of the macaroons and cakes!!! A few days ago before Ramadan there had been some clothes out for sale as well which sadly were gone this afternoon when we returned but maybe they will return after the holidays. They are definitely open during Ramadan as well. Service is always superb here!!!
They have a pulled lamb dip sandwich that comes on brioche which is absolutely fantastic! Otherwise I’m a huge fan of their sandwich labeled caprice (lovely take on a caprese) which has tomato jam and a basil oil made there on site fresh. There is also a very nice tomato soup with smoked burrata. If I’m correct they also source the produce from the farm they are located on/near. My husband is a big fan of the citrus pasta, which he generally orders with chicken added to it. There is a great view of the nearby mountains, and we love the outdoor seating, which also has a view of the nearby...
