Very poor customer service. I inquired on 25th October for a birthday cake for my daughter which will be on 3rd November. She's very responsive however she has trust issues with customers, she wants 100% upfront payment in order to guarantee the order. I confirmed even though I hesitated and told her I will make a transfer early next week which is fair enough as my daughter's birthday will happen not the next day but after 9 days. She told me to message her before making the transfer if the date is still available. I told her to be flexible as the birthday is not yet the next day and she told me that there's a lot of fake orders that's why she set this policy and I replied but what about my guarantee that if I pay you 100% upfront payment I will get my cake on the said date and she said if I don't trust her don't order cake from her. What a professional way in dealing with first time customer. She doesn't trust her customers that's why she wants 100% upfront payment but wants her customer to trust her without any guarantee. I wouldn't mind if she says pay the 50% today and closer to the date send me the 50% or when you collect pay me the 50%. I contacted her on Sunday eve to ask if I can transfer the money and told me that the date is booked and she couldn't accommodate my order. I wonder how she operates. I am disappointed that this baker only derives with money and is not flexible with first time customer. Do not trust customer but would like the customer to trust her. We wanted to welcome our students on their first day of school. We contacted Cakes R us to customize Welcome Back to School cookies. Cookies were wrapped separately with a welcome note as agreed upon order.

We also had a student with an allergy case, and they managed to customize one without any fondant.

We received the cookies exactly on time. Cookies were fresh, excellent finishing, and most of all soft and crispy.

We initially ordered 61 pieces, but then I noticed that I need 4 more pieces. She managed to provide the extra cookies and with no charge!

I just recently moved to Riyadh and found this gem of a bakery through a Google search, and am so glad that I did!! The baker / owner is so professional, responsive and made the most wonderful birthday cake exactly to my liking. Not only was it a gorgeous and fun looking cake, it was absolutely delicious!!!
