I have visited Dunkin’ Donuts located on Anas bin Malik road Al-malqa Riyadh and bought a donut box. The donut styling was very messy and unprofessional. The box was smaller than the amount of donuts, which caused them to be distorted when presented. It caused me embarrassment with the guests as it was not in the required shape. The packaging was also very low quality and did not hold up well during transport. However, even though I experienced bad service, I will still come back to take their coffee as it is worth trying out. The coffee was good and had a rich flavor. The seating area is medium but still acceptable and the atmosphere was welcoming. The prices were still too high for the quality of the food. In addition to this, I would like to mention that the staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and provide me with recommendations on what to order. The store was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall experience. The coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts is definitely worth trying out. one of the worst branches i’ve been in. the cashier was wearing gloves and holding cash money & still managed to make coffee & grab my croissant without bothering to change gloves. the line was very long so if your order is complicated or takes more time just know that you will be skipped and the people behind you with simpler orders will get theirs first. extremely unprofessional.
