While i was looking for a restaurant in the north area of Riyadh, I had the chance to try one of the best black Shredded Brisket 200 Days grain fed Black Angus .Smoked for for 10-12 Hours, Pickles, Burger Sauce and in a Burger Bun I've ever tasted at a top-tier restaurant: The 7 Ribs . Located in a stylish, modern setting, this place combines comfort dining with a passion for quality meat. The moment I walked in, the aroma of grilled beef was already setting high expectations.

I ordered their Burger, which was a masterclass in balance and flavor. The patty was made from high-grade beef, grilled to perfection—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. What set it apart was not just the quality of the meat, but the thoughtful layering: a toasted brioche bun, earthy note without overpowering the beef.

Every bite delivered a satisfying combination of texture and taste. The bun was soft yet held together well, the cheese melted just enough. The steak flavor remained front and center, as it should in any true burger. The service was excellent, and the staff clearly knew their menu inside out.

Oh boy! Ridiculously incredible meats from 7 Ribs, it is one of the best steak restaurants in Riyadh.

Kale salad with Okra was nice and crisp, with a delicious dressing.

The brisket French fries were tasty and a good accompaniment to the meats. The sauces and dips were awesome.

The short ribs meat smoked for 7 hours was nicely seasoned, flavorful, juicy, tender, moist, and melt in the mouth smooth textures.

The other steak my colleague (Sergey) had looked yum! Sergey says it was one of the best meats he had in Riyadh.

The passion fruit Mojito made fresh was divine. The water and coke were, of course, necessary to down the delicious hot dog sandwiches.

My favorite part was the desserts, velvety smooth Tiramasu, one of the best I have had ... so fresh, silky, and creamy. The blueberry cheesecake with fresh blueberries sauce was next level, with great flavor, taste, and texture.

Thanks to the great teamwork from 7 r8bs staff (Manager Tajammul and Supervisor Ibrahim Banan) terrific knowledge and excellent service.

Every bite reflected a level of culinary mastery that deserves high praise. It was truly scrumptious—easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in Riyadh.

Adding to the wonderful experience was the impeccable service. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Krishanu, our waiter, whose professionalism, warm demeanor, and attentiveness elevated the entire meal. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout. It’s rare to find such genuinely kind and helpful service.

The ambiance at 7 Ribs was equally delightful—sophisticated yet welcoming, making it an ideal setting for both casual dinners and special occasions. I left with a full heart, a satisfied palate, and every intention to return.
