FireGrill — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

Went from one of my favourites quick bites to the blacklist in an instant. I've had their loyalty card for more than a year now, for some stupid reason the cashier didn't return it to me last time. I figured I'll go grab a bite and get my card back, easy right?

I tell the cashier I had forgotten my card and he pulls out a box full of forgotten cards, I would say at least 20 of them! I was like my man you guys obviously have a problem giving your customers their cards back! Then I point out to my card because I remember the pin number that is on the sticker, and he says show me the email registration, I couldn't find it because I registered at the restaurant, and he refuses to give it back despite my best attempts.

Long story short, told him to keep my loyalty card, and I'll be getting my mexican food...

I paid 45 Riyal for a dry burrito, and it was so small that I had to go to another restaurant and pick up a new dinner for me, and I drank almost two cans of sodas just to wash the dry burrito out of my mouth. And the Worker just didn't tell me anything. It was my first time coming to the restaurant and I didn't know anything about this place, And when I started asking, he was in a hurry that he didn't even answer my questions . I asked him, what is this sauce? What is this sauce? He just ignored me, And I had to take a sour sauce. I don't know. I think it's called sour cream or something like this. And it is sour with meat. 50 SAR for a Burrito!!!!!!! I asked for Guacamole and they said 10 SAR just for the topping!!! The sandwich itself without a Guacamole is 40, how is that reasonable? And look at the pics I posted, the place looks so dirty not a single window in that place was clean, and the whole shop is basically windows, the sandwich was soooo messy I couldn't eat it properly, they didn't heat it so the bread didn't stick at the end and everything just fell apart from first bite, the only thing that's good there is that the staff is friendly but that's about it, this place need a huge remake and retraining, also your pricing is just ridiculous, wake up, you are surrounded by competition its not like the early days when you were the only ones in...
