I dont know how even to start to describe dissapointment me and my fiance faced today in this branch. First of all, we went to Qurtubah branch 2 days ago and we Had amazing Experience. Staff and manager Ralph there were amazing. So today we came to this branch hoping we ll have same Experience. First of all, we waited quite some time for a waiter to come serve us. We didn’t get menu, we had to scan, although people next to us god printed menu. We ordered dynamite shrimp, salmon and steak with side dishes and 2 pepsi. Immediately waiter told us we need to pay extra if we want salads and buffet, which in Qurtubah we got for free with this app we use. We were surprised but ok. Steak of my fiancé was dry and hard to chew but he was hungry so he ate anyways. Secondly, shrimps were good but when salmon arrived it was so dry, full of bones and not cleaned properly. I couldn’t eat so we asked to speak to someone. That someone went to the kitchen and returned with even more dry salmon, again, not prepared well. I ate salmon in many places in Riyadh but this one was so bad. Again, I tried to eat a bit but couldn’t and I told him it wasn’t prepared well. He just asked if I want some steak, when I told him I am vegetarian he didn’t mind suggesting anything else. My fiancé also tried the salmon and he said it tastes bad. Here I am now with a stomach pain after just bit of this meal I barely ate. In the end they brought the bill- 366 sar for undercooked dry salmon and dry hard to chew steak. Disappointed. Took forever to get someone to take the order. Mediterranean steaks were burnt outside, red inside. Not pink. RED. NO SPICES at all! Took forever to chew. The green beans were underdone, tough and rubbery. Zero taste. On the other hand, the potatoes were the best ever. The mixed fajita plate was 100% perfection!! Drinks were good, but more than half was ice and no refills were offered. No bread was ever delivered with the salad...we had even asked the order taker for two orders of garlic cheese bread. The server did say he would bring bread, but never did. The server seemed offended when we asked for ketchup for fries and brought only one small container for 4 of us. I understand some people get offended if someone uses ketchup in a steak place...that's fine..but the steak should be tasty enough not to need ketchup to cover up the burnt taste! Fries are thick and definitely need some kind of sauce. Didn't care for the entrecote sauce they give out like ketchup. Overpriced for steaks. I do want to point out their burgers are some of the best in Riyadh when ordered for takeout. Just not impressed with this steak experience at all. We were not aware you are expected to pay thru the QR code...Took a half an hour to get someone to tell us this, when we kept asking for the bill. I think we will stick with delivery versus the dining-in experience with this...
