Undated review: it looks like they have changed the management or new owners, because it taking a huge drop, recently they have an changed the whole menu, and they don’t make the old delicious dishes anymore, you get the vibe that it is totally different restaurant where the service it not as good, your favorite dishes are gone, the prices went up and staff .. hmmm where to begin; in the previous 3 months the behavior of the staff is becoming annoying, although thee restaurant is virtually empty, the staff stand in groups all over the restaurant (chatting loudly) as if you are in a meeting but in the middle of the restaurant where it becomes very noisy and (based on what they are wearing) they are mostly management not waiters. Excellent location and great environment, I came with my family and took four different main dishes in addition to the salad, two desserts and cappuccino. Wild Mushroom Chicken and Burger Piatto were excellent and very tasty. Pepperoni Pizza and Chicken Parmigiana were below expectations, Pizza need more tomatoes and cheese and the Chicken was salty. Salad was very fresh and tasty and both desserts, the Red velvet cheesecake and the Pudding were super. The cappuccino was excellent too. staff and management are very friendly. I had iftaar at PIATTO just yesterday and was immediately impressed by the seating arrangement. As soon as we walked in, there was a waiter there to assist us in finding a table, shout out to Nabil for excellent service throughout our dinner. We ordered chicken marinara, and he accommodated the request for white sauce, fettuccine alfredo and salmon with mashed potatoes. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the sauce really hit the spot. I think the mushrooms in the fettucine were a little overpowering but overall a ten out of ten. The salad bar was super fresh and I don't know how they do it but their soup, lettuce and ranch sauce is always delicious!
