White Flame is an Italian restaurant that serves pizza in the New York style. It is located in the Al Yasmin neighborhood in North Riyadh, on Anas bin Malik Road, heading east. The restaurant is easy to spot as it is right next to the popular Easy Bakery.
The restaurant itself is small, cozy, and unpretentious, but the quality is outstanding. The seating area is pleasant despite the limited space, and there’s background music that enhances the atmosphere. The interior design is beautiful and captivating, featuring an open pizza bar and oven.
The menu offers a variety of dishes, starting with appetizers. They serve a complimentary, delicious dish of roasted bell pepper with a tasty sauce. I particularly enjoyed it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar – a unique and delightful starter.
Among the available appetizers, the truffle parmesan fries are fantastic, as well as the fried zucchini, which is definitely worth trying.
We ordered one of their signature pizzas, the Philadelphia Pizza, which comes with high-quality cheese and meat. It was very delicious, with a slightly spicy sauce that added a unique flavor.
From the pasta menu, we tried the mushroom ravioli. It was delightful, especially for those who enjoy the rich taste of mushrooms and mushroom sauce. The ravioli is stuffed with mushrooms and some delicious herbs.
For dessert, they offer tiramisu in two varieties. Both are delicious, though I personally prefer the one with the classic flavor.
The restaurant is definitely worth visiting and experiencing. It’s family-friendly, although parking can be a bit challenging in the evening. However, during the day, I didn’t face any issues with crowds or waiting times at the restaurant.
I will definitely be visiting White...

Staff was extremely polite and infinitely helpful. As for the food: we ordered truffle fries, buffalo margarita pizza, and mushroom ravioli.
Starting off with the fries: the crunch coupled with the spectacular spice mix made every bite a delight. The addition of a truffle flavor and parsmesan shavings elevated the dish to a new level. In addition, the house made honey mustard is divine. The pizza crust is one of the best I’ve had, light and crispy while still being able to hold all of the topics. The pasta was good, but nothing I haven’t tried before. But I will say that the mushroom taste was pungent (in a good way).
The icing on this already delectable cake is the tiramisu. Made in house and scooped onto our plate; every bite was a perfect melody of creamy marscarpone mingling with the bitter coffee taste, making for a beautiful dance of flavors that both complement and contrast eachother.

Read moreThis place is nice to go with a partner. The lights are so dim. Candles on the table. Cozy place. I went alone as always so it felt a bit weird. I got the Philadelphia pizza and sadly I didn’t like it. The pizza dough is great 10/10 but i wish i chose a different topping. The sauces and meat was too much for me. Will definitely try the truffle and update the review next time. The fried zucchini is a no no for me definitely will not order it again. It is too oily you will only taste oil. The sauce that comes with the fried zucchini is good. Waiters are friendly and the food doesn’t take a lot of time to be served. Big pizza so definitely two pizzas will be enough for 3 people. I wanted to try the tiramisu but i was so full so maybe next time i visit. The main problem is the parking outside is always too crowded. Not too pricey restaurant but not cheap price is...
