McDonald's — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

It was a lazy Friday morning with not much customer and staff are not on register counter though we can hear people working inside. We need to call their attention many times before they answer to get our order. We were told to take our sit (family section) for them to process the order. After awhile waiting staff were shouting a number. I was wondering why they didn't just serve our meal instead to our dining table. So I ask the supervisor and said that they don't deliver meal in the morning (so it could mean that they serve meal in any other time of the day??). This doesn't make sense to me for it is not the first time we ate in McDonald's and they usually serve the meal . For this branch they deserve 1 star rating and we will be thinking 10x before visiting any...

I recently visited the McDonald's branch in Riyadh during our Eid ul-Fitr holidays, traveling from Bahrain. We stopped by at the request of our kids, who were excited about the Happy Meal, especially since they were offering Minecraft toys at the time.

The staff at this location were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They displayed all the available toys, allowing our children to choose their favorites, which added to the excitement of the visit. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a pleasant stop for our family.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed their meals and toys. I highly recommend this McDonald's branch for families looking for a fun and enjoyable...

For me, the greatest asset of McDonald's is its consistency. I have been to quite a few branches in Riyadh, and this quality is noted every time. I can't say this about very many other fast food chains. These days they have also a few lower priced options which are just about enough to satisfy an appetite. This branch in Sahafah area also has a McCafe, and the mocha frappe is by far better (in my opinion) than a lot of others in terms of volume and taste. Not too sweet, a big enough glass, creme added at no extra charge. If I really think of something that would be wrong at this branch of McD's, it would be the (sometimes) high content of salt in fries. Perhaps they haven't fine tuned...
