I just have the worst McDonald's Experience atleast here in KSA and it just happened on the very 1st day of 2024. Kiosk Machine didn't print me a receipt so I have to go to the counter to confirm my order and that's where the misery starts. No body is there to assist me. Even do there are staff inside they don't meet you eye to eye to get there attention. It's like they intentionally do that to ignore you. What convince me to believe my thoughts are right, a local lady came and calling them many times and nobody heard her. so she start shouting to someone inside and that's the only time someone finally gets her attention. Then after that I finally get some attention myself only to realize that my order was not prepared yet. I was waiting already for 20mins and it took them 10mins more to finish my dining order. Then when I open my big tasty burger, the burger was flat out under portion. That was not the same burger that I always order. It's was disappointing. Read moreVery slow when going for "Drive Through" to pick-up your order, It is better to make sure that your order is correct when receiving it before leaving, they always make a mistake in orders and your order may be a bit cold most of the time also you may pay for extras on the meal for some additions, but you'll get a regular meal with the price of the extras you paid. Every time I get home, I am surprised that my order is incomplete, knowing that I confirm to the window staff whether cheese and an extra steak was added which I paid for they confirms this, but unfortunately you find that you paid twice the value of the basic meal to get a basic meal without any additions :) ... I have visited today evening 14th September I ordered once and I was dine in there and I requested to a server (who wear a yellow T shirt with headset ) a paper tissue because my hand wet with ice cream but his reply was so arrogant and he was told me come and take it we are not here to do service for you
I know Mac is a prestigious organization but with this kind staff attitude u guys will loose the customer satisfaction,
