An Oasis of Flavor and Warmth: A Review of Smokey Bear Stepping into Smokey Bear in Riyadh is not just entering a restaurant; it's being welcomed into a home where every detail, from the aroma of slow-cooked perfection to the genuine smiles of the staff, speaks of passion and hospitality. This is a review not just about a meal, but about an experience that transcended the ordinary and left an indelible mark on my heart all thanks to the incredible owner whose warmth and generosity made us feel like family. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not as customers, but as honored guests. The owner, a true maestro of hospitality, greeted us with a kindness that was as rich and layered as the food he serves. He took the time to personally guide us through the menu, sharing stories and recommendations with an infectious enthusiasm. It was clear that for him, Smokey Bear is more than a business; it’s a canvas for his culinary artistry and a platform for his boundless generosity. And the food? Oh, the food is nothing short of a revelation. The brisket, a star of the show, was a masterpiece of flavor and texture. It was so tender it seemed to melt on the tongue, each bite a symphony of smoky notes and succulent juices. The ribs were equally divine, falling off the bone with a gentle nudge, their glaze a perfect balance of sweet and savory. The sides, often an afterthought in other establishments, were here elevated to their own sublime status. The mac and cheese was a creamy, cheesy dream you can taste the subtle notes of mustard which normally I wouldnt care for but it works expecially as it compliments the amazing meats. But what truly sets Smokey Bear apart is not just the exceptional food, but the soul behind it. The owner's personal touch is evident in every corner of the restaurant, from the meticulously clean and inviting ambiance to the unwavering attention to detail. He didn't just serve us a meal; he curated an evening of pure delight. He checked on us throughout our dinner, making sure everything was to our liking, and his genuine happiness in seeing us enjoy his food was a joy to behold. As we prepared to leave, we felt a genuine sense of gratitude. Smokey Bear is a testament to the power of passion and the beauty of human connection. It is a place where every dish tells a story, and every guest is made to feel special. This is not just a restaurant; it is a destination. If you are in Riyadh and seeking an unparalleled culinary journey served with a side of unparalleled warmth and kindness, you must visit Smokey Bear. Prepare to be amazed, to be nourished, and to be welcomed into a family you didn't know you had. This is more than a five-star review; it’s a heartfelt thank you to an owner who showed us the true meaning of...

Opened in #riyadh, so when there and on the way to the airport with 2 hours to spare, decided to drop in. First....was taken aback with the 'waiting to be served line'. After close to 25 minutes to be served and growing anticipation... Got to the serving bar. (Good thing it's serve and pay so once you reach the counter you walk away with your order)
Simple concept. Pick meat add sauce add sides free condiments, pay.
Brisket #burger with your choice of toppings. .... Did not try
Long #rib (not sure why they call it short) for . Soft red on the inside but extremely melt in your mouth. Perfectly charred on top.
#Pulled brisket . Again soft and tender but A little dissapointing. The meat was slightly dry (I guess the juice settles int he serving dish) and would have been better served with a cheesy sauce on top.
Sliced #brisket . Served 4 pieces nicely sliced and is nice soft melt in your mouth. Definitely a winner if you crave slow roasted meat.
Some good sides. Tried #onionrings thinly sliced and skin on fries were perfectly salted. They also serve asortment of #bakedbeans and #Mac and #cheese.
Condiments are #FREE chunky #coleslaw #onions #pickles ##jalepenos #sauces
Forgot to order drinks. Waiter dropped complimentary #soda and water for all cause I spotted a #smokeybeard. Yeaay
Overall a definite winner and await a branch out to #jeddah

THE RUSTIC FRIES ALSO GOOD BUT NEXT TIME I WILL ORDER A CHEESE DIP WITH IT THEY ALSO GAVE ME A BUN, PICKLES, ONION AND JALAPENOS AS SIDES. THEY RECOMMENDED THE RUSSIAN BEEF RIBS BECAUSE IT'S BIGGER THAN AUSTRALIAN BUT FOR FIRST TIMERS LIKE ME THE AUSTRALIAN IS A PERFECT FIT FOR US. THE PRICE IS 115/LBS (REASONABLE ENOUGH) THE INTERIOR IS FINE VERY WESTERN AND MASCULINE FIT FOR BBQ LOVERS BUT THE DINING TABLE IS A LITTLE TOO HIGH FOR MY HEIGHT I'M A 5'6 FILIPINO IT'S DESIGNED SPECIALLY FOR BIG GUYS HAHA AND OF COURSE THE STAFFS WERE GOOD SPECIALLY THE FILIPINO STAFFS (NO BIAS HERE) SPECIALLY MR.
