What a prime location — such a shame it’s being wasted.

This place had the potential to be a buzzing Lebanese restaurant, but unfortunately, it falls far short of expectations.

The hostess was friendly, as was a young Arabic-speaking waitress, but the rest of the staff seemed completely lost. I asked my server for recommendations, and he simply said "no." I don’t think he understood me, but after trying the food, I realized why he didn’t want to suggest anything.

I ordered the hummus with meat — easily the worst I’ve ever had. Before I even finished the hummus, my main course arrived. The French fries were clearly cooked way in advance — soggy and unappetizing. The chicken had decent marinade, but the overall quality was lacking.

After I finished eating, I waited around 20 minutes with no one checking on me or clearing the plates. When I finally asked for the bill, it came within two minutes, yet the dirty plates stayed on my table for another 10-15 minutes while most of the staff just stood around doing nothing.

Right before I left, I believe the manager walked by and, while walking away, casually asked if I was okay. One positive note — I was given a warm farewell with smiles from most of the staff as I left.

The venue is large and newly established but had no taste of cozy classic atmosphere. Staff are not well trained to make guest comfortable. they are not serious, has no manner to serve guest. They are even discriminating guests come from non Arab countries, doesn't know how to communicate, doesn't know how to arrange table without annoying guest, doesn't know how to assist guest to pay by credit card. Food was very salty include the starter bread. The bread was burnt and salty. Bread for main meal was brought only when we asked for it. Most of foods were salty. All foods were brought at the same time so that the meat was cooled down. there was no way to evaluate the service as new restaurant. managers were only busy to justify for their staff rather than looking at the issue to improvement.
