This establishment boasts a delightful environment characterized by its cordial staff and aesthetically pleasing ambiance. However, I feel compelled to address a rather unpleasant aspect that compelled me to assign a rating of one star to the atmosphere, despite it deserving five stars.

While this branch consistently attracts a vibrant crowd, including families, groups, and individuals who engage in leisure activities, regrettably, it suffers from a severe lack of cleanliness. The sofas are conspicuously soiled, and a considerable portion of the tables and wooden furnishings appear to be damaged or on the brink of disrepair. Remarkably, this branch is in close proximity to the administrative office, yet a noticeable lack of attention is dedicated to maintaining the hygiene standards of this otherwise exceptional establishment.

I can affirm that during my visits, which occur approximately once a week due to its convenient proximity to my residence, I have explicitly instructed my companions to refrain from direct contact with the sofas and to minimize their interaction with the furnishings. Such precautions have become standard operating procedure (SOP) for this branch due to the pronounced level of unsanitary conditions.

The attached images depict a single room within the establishment, but the conditions are equally problematic or potentially worse in other areas.

I sincerely hope that the management will allocate significant resources and effort towards addressing these issues and enhancing the cleanliness of this remarkable coffee establishment, which undeniably contributes significantly to their overall business success.

Still an absolute disaster from hygiene POV... zero focus on making it a better clean place... very disgusting. You have to take shower with anti bacterial gel after visiting...

Hi everyone, I’d like to reflect on my experience this morning going to Dr. Cafe. The staff were AWESOME; Venessa (the manager) and the two Saudi ladies Dunia and Nujood, were very professional, friendly and kind. I would give them 5/5 stars…

However, I have to stick to my very low rate to the cafe based on the cleanliness level. I am shocked to the level of dirtiness I saw this morning at the bathroom area and cafe tables/ chairs…

I communicated my concern to the staff mentioned above, they assured me that I wasn’t the first one to bring that to their attention, and this has been an issue for a while now. I asked the reason behind that, they responded that the evening customers create that kind of mess. I was like but it’s almost 10 am in the morning, no cleaning personnel here?! The answer was negative…

I don’t think I will ever choose to go there again voluntarily, though it is my neighborhood cafe. So, it is the closest one to my place. But, I’d rather go somewhere else farther, rather than dining in such unclean place.

Hopefully the corporate/ leadership staff view my review and take it seriously, especially that it has been an ongoing issue for a while bow. The solution is very easy here, to hire someone responsible for “cleaning” the whole time you are open to create a clean/ welcoming place to your customers.
