Lucky Cafe — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

Dear Owners or Management,

I have been visiting this restaurant since 2008 and have always appreciated the well-maintained environment, good food, and affordable prices. However, I’ve noticed that in recent times, the prices have increased significantly. While I understand that the area has become more expensive, I kindly urge you to find alternative ways to manage costs without placing too much burden on the customers—especially since many of your patrons are hardworking individuals with limited incomes.

Additionally, I had a very disappointing experience during my last visit when I found an insect in the food. I immediately reported this to Mr. Kani Ji and chose not to escalate the issue out of respect for the long-standing friendship I have with your team.

I truly hope you will take more care in food quality and hygiene moving forward. I have stopped visiting for now, but I sincerely wish to return if improvements are...

Thandhuri is very tasty, chatney is not that much expeced level but ok same as kerala resturant chutney . dosai is very good ,medhu vadai should be little poru poru not as thk. all extra special items are too much in quantity if one person order then difficult to finish the portion. porata is not below average. tea nido is available but it would be nice if they make it boiled chai. with liquid milk. fried rice is below average may be it is because of rice selection. briyani is like south tamil nadu briyani not as madras briyani. will be served with dalcha. idly is little fatty. overall you can go there if...

Food is a bit okay but staff behavior is very bad,they don't know how to talk with the customer properly.. recently I went to lucky cafe and ordered the item there was a staff tall guy in the lucky cafe who didn't know how to speak properly was being angry on me because I asked him why he's taking extra charges although there was a less price mentioned in the menu. I talked with him politely but he was rude to me.May be staff has changed in lucky cafe before there were really good staff and the food quality...
