A long yet honest review. Normally before i try the expensive services i used to go for the least expensive services. It gives a brief idea of service and quality. From their menu, pedicure and manicure was the least expensive, 199per person per one service. Total 398 riyals for a pedicure and manicure.

We were greeted warmly and explained the packages and prices. In the reception, Mohamed was there who spoke Chinese and english. It was a relief since others didn’t speak english very fluently. A great customer oriented person with 10/10. In general about the ambience, it was not what i did expected. After a tiring day at work, went there to relax and enjoy the service. The room where we did the service was very open and people were walking from the front and they were looking. The staff from there is understandable but other customers, which is not. In short there is no privacy anecdotes couldn’t relax and wasn’t comfortable. I did like the amenities provided and it’s 10/10. A warm face towel, water and drinks to relax. The chairs in there were not so very much comfortable and designed for pedicure as i had to lift my leg to do the exfoliation which made me uncomfortable. Took the joined chairs and while my friend was doing the manicure, the therapist had to hop-on the chair and do it which made my friend very uncomfortable and couldn’t relax.

About the service of pedicure, the therapist, no.11, he was good. But he could do better. I had an issue of ingrown toe nails and I’m trying to get relief from it. He did cut but dead skins were not cleaned as much i wanted. Like all the other fingers, dead skin was there. He had a friendly customer service. I would rate him 6/10 for the professionalism and the service. I had hard skin on the foot and i had to say to the therapist few times to shave it more and more. Which i didn’t feel good about it. I believe it came cox there was language barrier and i was not asked what i was looking for what are the areas to focus more on.

I would suggest to put a questionnaire paper or tablet so they can translate to any language and communication errors like this could be avoided and it could be a great step to get customers “WoW” experience.

My friend did the manicure and it’s very satisfying about the quality of service. The therapist, no.17 was very professional and 8/10 for him. Nails were cleaned but dead skins were not removed.

Over all the service was not up to the expectation i had since few days back i went there and took the informations and i was very much looking forward to experience since when i first went they did explained me that it would be the best service i can get. I have tried few other places before and it was cheaper yet service was poor thats why i tried this place as they gave the assurance that the service will be top notch.

Very disappointed, what started off as a great start with a chines massage and head treatment, which was lovely….. ended with a really bad experience when it came to having my nails done….. I spent 2 hours having the massage treatments which was lovely, then was meant to have 1 hr 45 mins on pedicure and gel nails, took 2 hours 15 mins just on the gel nails…. After spending nearly 5 and half hours in salon I was tired and just want to get home as it was 10:45pm….. the nails were not done nicely and were bumpy and uneven, I did not complain. As nit had taken her so long and didn’t want her to get into trouble, so left, but the next day 2 of the nails fell off, do then I complained about them…. They refused to acknowledge there mistake, and refused the refund o asked for……was told materials cost a lot, the therapist spent a lot of time and refund is...

10/10 😍 I was just there a while ago, and I’m so happy with the results that I cannot wait to give them a review. This is one of the best spa that you should try to visit. The ambiance is gorgeous and so clean 😍 From the moment you enter the spa you start to feel relaxed. Thank you to Shams (receptionist) for helping out with the options. She was very nice and since there was not a lot of people waiting, we had a good chat 🥰 and for also helping out with translation.
