McDonald's — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

The branch itself is fine. The customer service is horrendous. I was literally their first customer on a Friday day. There was literally no one else in the branch. They messed up my order and when I got home I found out two items were missing. I contacted their customer service on Twitter to complain, they said someone will call me which they did (no apology yet) they took my contact information and said someone will call me momentarily. No one did. I waited for a WHOLE WEEK. No phone call yet so I had to call again and follow up. Two phone calls later from two different numbers, I get a third phone call from some guy using his personal mobile number telling me to go to the branch to get my money back (very convenient!!) Throughout this whole ordeal not a single one of them issued an apology. It’s really quite astounding that from the twitter guy to the numerous customer service agents that spoke to me to the random guy who called me from his personal mobile number, not a single apology. This is actually the most unorganized McD branch I’ve visited so far. Very unprofessional staff. As soon as you enter in the family section, you can order from the self service machines and after you’ve finished ordering, you have to take one of those vibrating number machines with you to your table. I was so impressed that I didn’t have to go to the counter and when the machine vibrates, I can go and pick it up. But the machine NEVER vibrated. It’s a total joke. My food was sitting at the counter for a very long time and when I asked to give him my food, he ignored and went away. That’s when I stormed in, took my food myself. The PS4 installed for the kids don’t work too. I wasted my 1.5 hrs here. Not at all organized....

Mc Donald's one of the lorgest retail outlet for burgers and cofee, as compared to others Little bit Economical, you can find lot of branches all over the kingdom and also in Riyadh. You can find the Mc Donald's in each and every street. Their mobile App is Ausome, Lot of Promotional offers, Discounts and also free item's, I love the Mc Donald's App. Specially about this branch the service is very very Slow as compared to other branches, You have to ask for your item 3 to 4 times then only you will get, if you dint ask they will serve the order very late, This branch is near to my office so i visited regularly Otherwise I don't prefer this branch.
