Read moreOverall pricey restaurant and overrated. Here are the positives and negatives about this restaurant: POSITIVES: 1- Nice tables and atmosphere. 2- Excellent location. 3- The service was fast. 4- The food is average and well prepared. 5- The waiter is caring about the customer satisfaction.
NEGATIVES: 1- I don’t understand the idea of charging SAR 150 (non-refundable) to reserve a table! Even if the restaurant wanted to reduce the cancellation rate, on the other hand people would be hesitant to pay SAR 150 to only reserve a table and further more this is repulsive policy that would drive the walk-in people away from your restaurant (who had no reservation) and losing more customers. I bet you you will discard this policy in future because it is simply not practical. Even the most fancy restaurants in the world do not apply such a policy. 2- The food overall is average and pricey. 3- Very sour vine leaves and Fattoush salads and they both are below expectations. The vine leaves are loose and not delicious. The Fattoush salad cut was too small. 4- The mix grill dish is relatively small and expensive. 5- The meat Kebab is not tasty/fresh. 6- The waiter is rushed to bring the main dish/course while the customer is having the appetizers without waiting or asking the customer.
