Interesting decor - but as they say A RESTAURANT IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE MANAGER ON DUTY. Lots of light = lots of shadows. A simple fresh orange juice tasted bitter and old which was confirmed when no further fresh orange juice could be provided - old oranges......A simple main course order of very expensive Rib and salad forgotten, misplaced or given out to someone else caused a 25 minuted dinner service delay. After explaining the inconvenience faced as part of a larger group, to the manager, a send manager appeared on the scene asking me to re explain the whole situation - as I was on my way out toting the dinner (which was not spectacular or even close to special or reasonable value for money) as a packed take away (see photos - dreadful value for money), I told him I had already spent considerable time explaining it to his colleague (who was also the manager...?), he said to me "if you can't be bothered to tell me what the problem is there is nothing I can do about it". What a guy! This restaurant appears to have done what all other good restaurants do eventually......forgotten what hospitality is, ignored service standards and started to let service and standards slide. A disappointing visit to Coya, a bad experience (which we paid for in full - we don't take bad service and poor quality products for free, even when offered as an incentive not to write up the facts on Google maps). A word of advice to the management - lift your service standards. I will vote with my feet - I will go somewhere else in future and recommend my guests to...
Read moreI visited the restaurant tonight during dinner meal period. Lets start with the sequence of service. We were welcomed by the host at the main entrance who literally greeted us with a super genuine smile.
Once we were escorted and seated we were gently approached by waitress ANNA in a very professional manner.
Let’s jump into the sequence of service & food details. The appointed and assigned captain waitress Anna who possesses the quality of a professional well-trained waitress With incredible upselling techniques and very meticulous on guest preferences.
we were advised by Anna to order the following items as per the below:- Guacamole 10/10 Croquetas de lubina 10/10 Patata baravas in a peruvian twist 10/10 one of my favorite. Lastly Beef Ancho wagyu which was super delicious by the witness of my guest; though its different from what you usually find in any ordinary restaurants but serving it with Chumichirri as pairing gave it a special savory, but as they say think global & act local. I suppose we were one of the first ones to stepping to the restaurant dinner meal period but we were the last ones to depart the restaurant as there was smooth Service Symphony throughout the whole journey. The music and the vibe takes you in another world. However, the average check is quite high but its worth the value of it. the whole experience was A MASTER FIRST CLASS.
Thank you hosts, filipino waiter, also special thanks to ANNA who took very good care of us and rest of the team.

Read moreIt is a perfect place to have a perfect Latin American experience, it is a trip to Peru and the gastronomy of ceviches, from the first moment they welcome you cordially at the reception and kindly accompany you to the table, many of the waiters are from Latin America as well, so they recommend exactly which are the best dishes, which would be a true combination of flavors, textures according to your taste and pleasure. The dishes have an incredible presentation, created with a special and very Latin aesthetic, in addition the Mocktails also have an explosion of flavors and the decoration is very well detailed.
In general, it is an experience between international flavors and local ingenuity, the decoration of the restaurant is an endless number of details to observe, from decorations of the Inca culture to live music that accompanies a perfect evening that can be enjoyed from a romantic moment to a business dinner.
I recommend trying the ceviches, tacos, casseroles and especially the types of Wagyu they have, plus there are nice souvenirs that you can take home as souvenirs, it was simply an incredible experience having dined at COYA, especially when they welcome you with such kindness and cordiality that make a simple dinner become a memorable experience.
Without a doubt I will return hungry for a true trip that invades all the senses! Thanks to the entire Coya Team,...
