"My first experience was great. However, after several subsequent visits, I'm sad to say my opinion has changed significantly due to consistently declining food quality and unacceptably long wait times for orders.

On one visit, the portion of rice was noticeably small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. More concerningly, the butter naan was burned, making it unpalatable. On another occasion, the vegetable Manchurian was essentially fried balls of besan (gram flour) with very little vegetable content and an unpleasant texture.

Adding to these issues, I've experienced significant delays in receiving my orders, regardless of whether I chose to dine in or take away. On average, I waited Approx 45 minutes or more for my food, even when the restaurant didn't appear particularly busy.

These issues, repeated over multiple visits, demonstrate a concerning lack of attention to detail and quality control in the kitchen and a problem with efficient order fulfillment.
