Ferdi Riyadh is a fancy, high-end restaurant with a beautifully classic decor. It’s located in Via Riyadh, near The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, making it a prime spot for a luxurious dining experience.

A reservation is required, or you might face a long wait, as the restaurant tends to be busy. Parking is complimentary if you hand your ticket to the receptionist for validation, which is a nice convenience.

I ordered two dishes: the cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. The cheeseburger was large and flavorful—I had it medium well, and it was absolutely delicious. However, it was extremely greasy, to the point where I had to wear gloves to eat it, which was a bit inconvenient.

The mozzarella sticks were the highlight of the meal—simply outstanding! The flavor and texture were on another level, easily the best part of my experience.

On the other hand, the French fries were overly crispy, almost too crunchy, though still somewhat tasty.

Wonderful Service by Jocel at Ferdi I recently dined at Ferdi and had a truly delightful experience, thanks in large part to our waitress, Jocel. From the moment we arrived, Jocel greeted us warmly with a smile and made us feel welcome. She was attentive without being intrusive — always there when we needed something, and discreet when we didn’t. She recommended some menu items, listened to our preferences, and guided us to choices we enjoyed. Her knowledge of the dishes was impressive, and she answered our questions patiently. The timing of the service was spot-on — our drinks and appetizers arrived promptly, and there was never an awkward wait. What stood out most was Jocel’s genuine friendliness and positive attitude. She checked in on us at the right times, made sure everything was okay, and did so with grace and charm. Because of her, our meal felt much more than just dining out — it was an experience. I recently had a very disappointing experience at Ferdi. From the moment we arrived, the service was subpar. Despite being called to come in, we were left waiting for an extended period, which felt incredibly disrespectful. The waitstaff was shockingly rude throughout our visit. Our waiter, in particular, displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Any questions or requests were met with dismissive or curt responses, making us feel unwelcome.

To make matters worse, the food was served cold. This completely ruined our dining experience, as we had been looking forward to a warm, enjoyable meal. Given the poor service and the low quality of the food, it's clear that this restaurant does not prioritize its customers.
