Saadeddin Pastry in Malaz is a delightful stop for anyone with a sweet tooth or a love for beautifully crafted Arabic and international desserts. I recently visited this branch and was thoroughly impressed by both the variety and quality of their offerings.
The display is elegant and inviting, with a wide selection of baklava, kunafa, chocolate creations, cakes, and French-style pastries. Everything looks fresh and well-presented. I tried their mixed baklava box and cream-filled pastries, and both were incredibly rich, flavorful, and perfectly sweetened—not overpowering, just right.
One of the highlights for me was their chocolate selection, especially the ones filled with dates and nuts. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The kunafa with cream was also a standout—warm, soft inside, and slightly crisp on the outside, just how it should be.
The staff were polite and attentive, offering recommendations and samples to help with selection. The service was quick, and the store was very clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.
Prices are on the higher side compared to regular sweet shops, but considering the brand and the quality, it’s worth it—especially for gifting or special occasions.

Read moreTerrible experience as a delivery driver – would not recommend. I went to Saadeddin Pastry to pick up a Keeta delivery order and was treated with complete disrespect. The staff ignored me, refused to respond politely when I asked about the order, and spoke rudely. I had to wait around 15–20 minutes just to receive the order, and the behavior from the staff during this time was unprofessional and unfriendly.
This is unacceptable, especially for delivery drivers who are working hard and deserve basic respect. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest others — whether customers or delivery riders — avoid this restaurant. The poor attitude and lack of professionalism are not worth...
