I was invited to @lunch_box_ksa for dinner. They serve mainly Indian food. The owner was really nice to accommodate us at anytime of the day. It’s a cute and cozy restaurant with some great food! I loved the unique idea they’ve done with the stairs decor. For food we ordered: . •Chicken corn soup and hot & spicy soup: it was good but the hot and spicy was great! Loved the spice level, it was the most spicy soup I’ve had in Riyadh . •Lunch box special salad: a mixed salad with chicken chunks and their special sauce. Was good and fresh . •Chicken 65: Cripsy chicken pieces in a special masala. I really liked this one! •Apollo fish: Fried fish with spicy coating. Loved it! . •Chicken Dum: A typical Indian dish. Chicken curry cooked with different spices. It was their best seller . •Mutton kadai: We went on the waiters recommendation and it was good! Nothing extraordinary to write about. But the meat was cooked really nicely . •Mixed Grill: A platter with all their grilled items. We ordered the single plate and the quantity was more than enough. Tasted good . •Mutton biryani: Biryani, one of the most fav dish was great in flavour. I loved the mutton it was cooked perfectly and gave a great flavour. Loved it. Wasn’t much spicy though . •Chicken noodles: loved the noodles. One of my favourite from the restaurant . •Mint Lemonade: Loved it! Very refreshing and fresh. It tastes great! . •Lassi: we wanted to try mango lassi but they were out of it( totally justified). So we went for normal lassi. Loved the presentation and the quantity was huge, tasted good but wasn’t cold .
Kheer: the dessert was made to perfection. Think and creamy yum! 😍 . •Khubani ka meetha: I loved it, though it was way too sweet. But gave a nice flavour .
We had a great experience at @lunch_box_ksa. It’s a great Indian restaurant with good prices. Definitely recommended. #beautyinfluencer #riyadh #riyadhrestaurants #foodporn...

Their attentiveness contributed to a pleasant dining experience, ensuring that my needs were well taken care of throughout my visit.
One standout feature of Lunch Box is their Tandoori Tea option, which is a must-try. The rich and aromatic flavors of the tea, infused with traditional tandoori preparation, provided a unique and delightful twist to the usual tea experience. It was a perfect companion to the scrumptious meal I had.
Speaking of the food, I had the pleasure of trying their Biryani, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were well-balanced, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the tender meat added a satisfying element to the dish. The portion size was generous, making it a fulfilling and satisfying meal option.

Read moreThe Lunchbox review
We visited this restaurant today for dinner because of the highly over rated and appreciating reviews on RE group.
Before starting off with it, i would like to make it clear that difference of opinions and taste buds should be kindly disagreed with and there is no need to get offensive because of the same.
I don't intend to defame someone's business but i feel it is my responsibility to post an honest review for other people to benefit from it.
Now, coming to the food part.
We ordered:
Hot and sour soup - The consistency was too thick, it was not served hot, and tasted more like ketchup.
Chicken noodles - Again, the noodles were served cold and the taste should've been a little spicy. We added soup on the noodles to make it more tasteful.
Chicken seekh kabab - before ordering, we asked the person incharge how many SEEKH will be there in it to which he replied 'there will be six pieces'. We thought that is an enough quantity for all of us (2 adults 2 kids). Plus, we assumed that they serve some tangy chutney along so we also ordered butter naan. You can see the size of those six pieces in the pic :p and there was no chutney served so we cancled the butter naan. Also, the kababs were spicy but too dry.
Mutton biryani - after seeing the seekh kabab we were sure that we'll need to order something else too so i looked in the group and everyone has suggested biryani so we went with it. It was...okay. Not too good not too bad. There were total 4 pieces of mutton in it including the bones. Thankfully we had seekh kabab so had it with the biryani :D
The staff was very polite, welcoming, and efficient. They also tolerated my son's energetic temperament with a smile when he kept causing disturbance to the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.
Thank you...
