Dear Management of Second Cup (Mall 1 Lahore),

I’m writing to complain about the extremely unprofessional and careless service I received during my recent visit for a pre-birthday celebration. I personally placed a cake order downstairs, clearly mentioning the text “Happy Pre-Birthday.” Despite waiting for over an hour and a half, no one brought the cake.

When I asked about it, one of your staff members was shockingly rude and questioned whether I had even placed an order. Upon checking again downstairs, the staff confirmed my order was properly recorded but still failed to deliver anything. Even after waiting more than twenty extra minutes, no one bothered to update us or apologize.

This level of negligence and disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Second Cup. I expect your management to take serious notice of this incident and address the staff’s unprofessional...

Second Cup continues to disappoint even at their "Flagship" cafe. We all know that their food is pretty average so I'll only talk about the rest of my experience. The whole place was stinking in the morning which I imagine was from dirty moping. They do not have any power sockets on the upper floor so it's completely useless if you want to sit there and do some work. The air conditioning on the upper floor either doesn't work or they don't turn it on to save costs. Lastly, their WiFi wouldn't work either. It's not that it was slow, it wasn't working at all. I also asked the staff to check and they just said "abhi chal jaye ga" and 20 minutes later, it was the same. I don't mind using my own own hotspot but they need to be truthful to the customers.
