Then I kept waiting, and by 2:25 AM, I called the helpline again to check on my order, only to be told that the branch was closed, which is why my order was not delivered.

No one bothered to inform me about the cancellation, and I was left waiting for hours in the middle of the night. When I told the support agent that I would file a complaint on LinkedIn and Google, I suddenly started receiving calls at 3:23 AM. One caller casually told me, “Your order is about to deliver.” Really? After 4-5 hours of delay for a pizza when there was no rain, no rush, and the branch was only 3 km away in Model Town, Lahore?

It is clear Broadway Pizza hires paid people to post fake positive reviews, but the reality is far from what they claim. They are not even 1% close to any international pizza chain in terms of service or professionalism.
