KFC MERMOZ — Restaurant in Dakar

Terrible experience with rude service. First they made a mistake on my order even though i repeated it 3-4 times. That happens and i was not too upset. When i asked to pay the difference to get the correct food that i ordered, they refused and were rude. The line was long so i just accepted the wrong order. None of the chicken sandwiches had lettuce or tomato as pictured and the bread was stale. Now i was upset. Their food is expensive they should get it right. When i complained, they said that they were out of salad and tomato so the sandwiches no longer come with it. The woman told the other worker taking orders that if customers are dining in they should tell them that they are out of lettuce and tomato but if it is take out or delivery, they don't have to tell them! I will never eat at this...

Never again, their delivery service is a joke. I ordered by using their website, and got no confirmation email. I waited a few minutes, and then decided to call to re confirm the order. Tried and tried and tried, nobody picked up. Finally, after 20min of calling, a bored guy picked up de phone and confirmed that my order was taken into consideration, and a delivery person would contact me shortly. Waited an extra hour, and nobody contacted me. I called again and again and again, nobody picked up. In the end, I didn't get any order. Why bother to set up a delivery service if you don't care about...

Terrible customer service! Literally ordered and for over an hour, no type of communication. I ordered at 2 PM and 2 hours later, still nothing! When I finally called them, they asked for a local number (which I provided) but still did not deliver my order. The workers were extremely disrespectful and had no sense of urgency. Not sure what type of business they are running. The fact that I called over 5 times...
