The food was incredible! I had the vegan bean samosas. I had it with the coffee. I don't speak French or Wolof but the staff were really patient and kind. Also some really cool local products being sold there. Will definitely go back. Edit: I went back! The samosas were seasonal so I had the vegan meat wrap and the millet beignets. They were also great.

Très belle découverte faite un peu par hasard ! Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans ce lieu convivial et chaleureux. L’épicerie met joliment en valeur des produits locaux qui célèbrent le terroir du pays, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Petit plus qui fait la différence : des livres de pâtisserie à disposition, remplis d’idées gourmandes, notamment autour d’aliments afro. Une vraie source d’inspiration. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle expérience

I love the concept behind the restaurant and the recipes but unfortunately I picked maybe a bad day to go: food arrived after 1h15 minutes after ordering when I was the only guest in the restaurant and unfortunately what was the offer wasn’t on the menu and the replacement offered was added onto my bill at an additional charge - but they kindly removed the additional charge in the end.

There is a lot of potential and I see their menu as fantastic and hope it was just an off day that I was there - I will try again another time in the afternoon when maybe it is busier - potentially a Sunday morning wasn’t the...
