Honestly, this was a terrible disappointment. It is way over-hyped. For a restaurant that boasts and specialises in brisket and pulled pork, it was worse than other places where I have tried this, which were not specialised in this. I was born and raised in Texas. This is an attempt at Texas BBQ, but not a very good one. The brisket is super hard, not juicy, and not seasoned correctly, the burnt ends aren’t BBQ burnt ends, the sauces don’t taste like BBQ sauces, and the side dishes are inedible.
