Loft Factory, Coffee & Food Bar — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

The service was disappointing, with only one waiter struggling to handle the shift. The food sat on the counter for over five minutes before being served, as the waiter was busy with other orders, and it arrived cold. Over the past year and a half, there has been a noticeable decline in both the service and food quality. Frequent staff changes seem to have impacted consistency, making the overall experience less enjoyable than it used to be.

As a long-term and regular customer who has been visiting the Loft restaurant for breakfast twice a week for several years, I feel compelled to share my concerns. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a decline in quality since June of this year. Initially, the issues were with the food, which did improve after a few complaints. However, over the past few months, the restaurant appears to be understaffed, which has impacted the overall experience.

Loft coffee & food bar has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town! The service here is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great experience.

The coffee is simply the best. I've tried many places, but nothing compares to the rich, smooth flavors they serve here.

But the highlight for me has to be their tart with mascarpone. It's absolutely delicious! The tart crust is perfectly baked, and the mascarpone filling is light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. Paired with a cup of their excellent coffee, it's the perfect treat.

The last time I went to Loft Factory, it was a disappointing experience. There is no non-smoking zone, many tables are reserved and empty and the waiter was not accommodating. It was too hot and unventilated. The food was average or below average (tasteless and badly prepared, without enough effort and creativity). The water served with coffee is tap, tastes disgusting (they should use filter). And the prices are too high for the level of quality and...
