Secondly, why do your employees put cold drinks and hot food in one bag? I end up eating cold and tasteless food. Thirdly, why do your employees always confuse BigTasty and NewYork burger? Fourthly, why do almost all of your restaurants have long lines and slow service? Do you lack staff? Fifthly, why do you ignore customer requests and complaints? This is fully disrespectful and rudeness towards customers.

Self-service machines I've used are never fully ok. It's either receipt paper is out, or something wrong with card payment, but last time was the worst - top quarter of the screen was showing nothing you could understand. Not sure if that was software or hardware issue. Food itself as always in Serbian McDonald's, same long wait, same overpriced, and breakfasts are bad as well.
