McDonald’s Park — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

Nicely arranged McCafé (McDonald’s) next to the Novi Sad bus station. Although the space feels a bit compact, it is used efficiently. Ordering is quick and convenient thanks to four self-service terminals, which is more than enough for a place of this size. Card payment is available. There is a small parking area nearby, but it is often full. A drive-in option is also available for ordering directly from your car. Restrooms are decent and protected by a door code. Just note that the lock indicator may be misleading—it showed occupied when the toilet was actually free, so it is worth checking instead of waiting. This restaurant has really terrible service… Firstly, I don’t understand why employees work without gloves and heir nets. It’s not hygienic and just disgusting. Secondly, why do your employees put cold drinks and hot food in one bag? I end up eating cold and tasteless food. Thirdly, why do your employees always confuse BigTasty and NewYork burger? Fourthly, why do almost all of your restaurants have long lines and slow service? Do you lack staff? Fifthly, why do you ignore customer requests and complaints? This is fully disrespectful and rudeness towards customers.

This is normal for small cafe but this is just terrible for such restaurant...

Lots of homeless or so kids trying to get money of you, that don't feel secure. Also I think now all the handles everywhere are extremely dirty. Self-service machines I've used are never fully ok. It's either receipt paper is out, or something wrong with card payment, but last time was the worst - top quarter of the screen was showing nothing you could understand. Not sure if that was software or hardware issue. Food itself as always in Serbian McDonald's, same long wait, same overpriced, and breakfasts are bad as well.
