Žar Mance - Kisačka — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

It was really one of the best meals I've ever eaten while I was on a trip in Serbia - and it is really hard to reach that level because they really know how to make good dishes. We were at one of the last table but the waiter was always there for us, told us a funny joke about their food (Girl's tears) the salads was really good and the meat was perfect. (The Serbians as I see eat many good quality meat with vegetables, which is pretty healthy.) They have Ćevapi and Pljeskavica, both are very good. I recommend this restaurant for everyone even for a quick meal. You can also pick meat from the meat cooler where you can select from variously marinated meats. Wow, wow, wow. I think that's all I can say! Now seriously: it's a little bit off the beaten track so you probably won't get there by accident. But it's well worth taking a little detour to get a meal there. From outside, it looks like I place I would totally ignore (like thousands of typical cheap old food booths) so do not make that mistake. Staff is super friendly, smiling and helpful and food is just great, absolutely great. A useful hint: if waiter/waitress suggest different choice of food - follow that suggestion. It's well worth it. I was afraid that the name of the restaurant displayed on the door was different from the one shown here on Google Map, namely Žar Mance - Kisačka. But the contact number on the menu is the same as the Žar Mance - Kisačka. I wonder if the owner or something about the restaurant has changed recently. They also have an English menu.

Great reviews flatter this restaurant. Given that I know a good deal about it, for someone who's never been there, the meat was certainly fresh.
