Fantast Tourist — Local services in City of Novi Sad

Six of us returned from a tour of Istria tonight. Istria is nothing less than breathtaking. The itinerary was thoughtfully balanced—a mix of seaside and continental areas, a blend of history and culture, a touch of local wines, brandies, truffles and olive oil to experience the scents, flavors, and colors - you will find all of these in magical cities of Opatija, Pula, Porec, Rovinj, Brijuni, Hum. Even though uur personal favourite is Opatija, all the other places have much to offer. I can only imagine the atmosphere during summer seasons. On behalf of my group, I would like to compliment our guide, Zeljko Andjelkovic, as well as our drivers! The guide is a cultured, polite, eloquent, well-educated, and witty young man who knew how to make this journey a perfect and unforgettable experience. I usually get bored by the way tourist guides present information and stories. Not this time! I am quite amazed by the fact how he managed to attract the attention of more than fifty people. The drivers were really nice, friendly, and most importantly, experienced in driving long distances. What was very cute were the candies and water the agency provided on the last day of our tour! We felt like children on an excursion! :) The only thing I would like to be changed is the choice of hotel (Hotel Pula). The sheets were clean and the food was acceptable; but all the other amenities are questionable. The six of us would gladly pay more if I could choose a bit more equipped hotel and closer to the downtown. Yet, the hotel cannot darken the fact that we had a great tour, an interesting and educated guide, trustworthy drivers and positive atmosphere....

Пошто сам ја мислила да путујем преко Dreamland travel агенције, али сам некако завршила са Fantast Travel, ево да и овде напишем рецензију. Наплатили ми 2000 евра за аранжман, а онда због њих нисам стигла на капију на аеродрому и пропустила лет и остала без аранжмана и без пара, и џабе узимала дане одмора у фебруару. Дочекали мe на аеродрому 2 и по сата пре полетања само да би ми дали ваучере за хотеле у изабраном смештају, без потписа и печата, могли су и електронски да ми их пошаљу па да их ја сама одштампам и понесем, као и да ме упуте на шалтер за чекирање пртљага, а изнад њега велики натпис да се ту чека за чекирање за тај и тај лет, који може да се види и из авиона, буквално први шалтери који се виде кад се уђе на терминал један, убацили ме у чет групу у којој ништа не објављују, а онда негде одмаглили. Нису ме упозорили на километраске редове за проверу ручног пртљага, које не можете да прођете ни за сат времена , а камоли за 40 минута,  све и да вас пуштају преко реда као што су мене, и сад они мени кажу да су они обавили свој посао, као позвали да дођем на аеродром три сата раније управо због те могућности да постоје "те гужве", али то ми нису били рекли тамо кад су ме дочекали. Ја мислила људе зову 3-4 сата раније на аеродром већ последњих десетак година зато што им се може, да бих исцимали, а и такође да сто дуже остану у њиховом freeshop-у и ресторану на спрату пре полетања, била сам и раније на аеродрому, и сваки пут бих много брже прошла кроз тај ред за контролу ручног него сад. Иначе, тај ред за проверу ручног је скривен иза високих картонских панела, и уопште не може да се процени од споља колико је он стварно дугачак. Обавили би свој посао да су ме упозорили на то. На карти стоји да боардинг, који није исто сто и укрцавање креће у 5:50ам, значи, мислим, има времена да стигнем. И не мислите да сам поштедела Аеродром Београд, и њима сам писала, а писаћу и Lufthansi кад провалим како.

Since I thought I was traveling with Dreamland travel agency, but somehow ended up with Fantast Travel, I'll write my review here, too. I was charged 2000 euros for tourist package, but then they didn't make sure that I arrive at the airport gate on time and I missed my flight and was left with no travel arrangement and with no money, and took vacation days in February for nothing. They met me at the airport 2 and a half hours before take off just to hand me over hotel vouchers for the chosen accommodation, without signature or stamp, which they could've also send them to me electronically and I could've printed them myself, and so that they could direct me to the baggage check-in counter, with a huge inscription just above it referring to the name of the flight it pertains to, literally the first counter you see when you enter the gate of terminal one, they put me in a chat group where they didn't post anything, and then they disappeared somewhere. They didn't me warned of kilometer-long queues for checking hand luggage, which one couldn't get through even in an whole hour, not even if some people would be willing to let you skip a line or two, and now they tell me that they have done their job fair and square, that they had invited me to arrive to the airport three hours earlier supposedly precisely because of the possibility of crowds forming, but they didn't actually tell me that when they welcomed me. I thought that people are called 3-4 hours earlier to the airports for the last ten years or so just because, and also to stay as long as possible in airport free shops before take off for the free shop and the restaurant. I have been to this airport before, and every time I would pass through that hand luggage control queue much faster than now. Also, that queue is hidden behind tall cardboard panels, so that no one could take a sneak peak and see it from the outside and find out how long it actually is. The agency would have done their job if they had warned...

Tura Dvorci Bavarske za Uskrs preko Dreamland agencije za Fantast Tourist. Tura je brojala oko 60 do 63 putnika, uglavnom mešavina Dreamland, fantast i Viva travel agencije. Polazak iz Srbije je bio na vreme, za transport su bili zaduženi Rental Travel( VDL i dva vozača), što se tiče autobusa, putnika je bilo maximum i svako sedište je bilo popunjeno, klima u autobusu je radila ali donekle, svaki deo je drukčije radio zavisno od mesta u busu, čim spoljašnja temperatura predje 20 stepeni, postaje izuzetno teško za putovanje putnika, primetno je najteže bilo u zadnjem delu autobusa i u šaragama(najviše zbog činjenice da se motor nalazi tu), sedišta su advekantna i čista(vidi se da vozači brinu dosta o busu) ali realno nije za put od preko 800km. Dolazak drugi dan u luku Priem je bilo uslovljeno kašnjenjem zbog zadržavanja na granicama i kontrolama policije i stajanja čestim pauzama na pumpama, bilo je malo slobodnog vremena za obilazak zbog termina lokalnog trajekta sa kojim smo prelazili sa ostrva na ostrvo, dinamičan i brz obilazak pun žurbe da se stignu ugovoreni termini sa vodičem Jelenom koja se trudila svim svojim mogućnostima da svima bude na usluzi ali najveća mana je bila to što je bilo previše ljudi na jednog vodiča, prilikom obilazaka bilo je izuzetno teško čuti informacije i činjenice jer bez obzira koliko se primakli vodiču, taj broj od oko 60 ljudi je previše za jednog vodiča. Smeštaj u hotelu NYX, imamo samo reči hvale, čiste sobe, ljubazno osoblje i najvažnije doručak koji je tipa švedskog stola je za svaku pohvalu. U sklopu ture spada i panoramski pregled Minhena iz autobusa koji je spadao u treći dan(pogled će zavisiti od vašeg sedišta). Obilasci centra Minhena je u dinamičnom hodu, takodje svaki dvorac ima svoja pravila i donekle se svi isto ili slično posećuju. Muzej Residency je opciono, ali vodič ne ide sa vama nego Vi obilazite ceo muzej i to bez audio pratnje koju bi trebalo da se zaduži prilikom kupovanja karata. U sklopu paketa nisu uračunate karte i dodatni troškovi,koje kao uzmete kompletno morate platiti vodiču u kešu 120e(ovo je opciono). Uopšteno jedna jako lepa tura, uslovljena jakim fizičkim kretanjem i sa dosta dešavanja. Po meni najveća mana je žurba i jurcanje da se obiđe sve i to u najkraćem i najbržem roku, da bi na kraju mogli da stignete...
