We have discovered this restaurant after spending one day in Novi Sad yesterday. We saw the Novi Sad Castle and this restaurant is up in the castle. The view is amazing during the sunset and in the evening, as well. The food is super delicious! The dry red wines are excellent! The only reason I give 4 stars is that it was very slow by the time we got the drinks, food and the check. Other than that everything was really good!

O njegovom vidikovcu može da se priča nadugo i naširoko. Ovde su najlepši zalasci sunca u Novom Sadu i zbog toga je restoran Sat savršeno mesto za letnju laganu večeru ili ušuškani zimski ručak. Sklupčan na najvišoj tački ovog grada među starim zidinama Gibraltara na Dunavu, ovde ćete uživati i u fantastičnoj kuhinji pravih kulinarskih majstora. Izbor jela je obiman i maštovit, tako da će se za svakoga pronaći omiljeni obrok na tanjiru. Preko jela od ribe, sa roštilja, obrok salata pa sve do priloga i dezerta uživaćete u ovoj fenomenalnoj kuhinji. Međutim, glavna lepota ukusnih jela jeste pogled kako u tanjir tako i prema Dunavu, krovovima Novog Sada i crvenom suncu koje zalazi. Ipak, restoran Sat se ne uklapa u prirodan ambijent Petrovaradinske tvrđave. Izgleda kao da je na silu tu stavljen. I ovaj restoran je prepoznatljiv po sporoj usluzi.

Decent restaurant, though a bit disappointing. Despite the quick 20-minute service, some dishes arrived cold and lacked flavor. The ambiance and service were satisfactory. The food was a bit of a letdown, but the beautiful view from the terrace made up for it.

We took a vojvodina meal salad and stuffed tomatos. The salad was the worst food we got all over Serbia so far. The tomatos were ok but nothing than tomato and rice. For both dishes there were missing ingrediants they told us. The salad was terrible, almost nothing more than old lettuce, a little little carotts and one single walnut and one small cherry tomato and some very salty ham. Maybe they have better meat dishes. Once you go inside, they firstly ask you if you are willing to eat or "just" drink, because they want to give you a place accordingly. After that my order was totally false, as they brought me ice latte (cold) and I have ordered caffe latte with caramel (warm). And even ice latte stands in the warm drinks in menu, which is totally false. After our suggestion that it was ice latte and we have clearly ordered caffe latte, they accepted and brought to us mixed nescaffe instead of unmixed. :/ The...
