The worst restaurant experience of my life. [28.10.2025 – afternoon]

While we were still looking at the menu, a short, thin, blonde waitress came over and rudely asked if we were ever going to order. We made the mistake of staying and ordering without realizing what was coming next.

She placed the plates on our table with visible frustration, as if we were somehow responsible for her personal problems. Despite us saying “thank you” multiple times, she never replied or even made eye contact.

After finishing our meal, we asked for the check, but she told us that it wasn’t possible to pay because the power was out and we would have to wait 20 minutes — even though we clearly said we were paying in cash. After waiting for 20 minutes, another waitress with black hair came over politely and told us we could pay inside the restaurant.

However, as we were walking in, the same short blonde waitress stopped us and said, “Where are you going? I’m your waitress, you need to listen to me, not her!” — in the rudest possible manner. We ended up paying the bill to her.

After all this terrible service, this shameless woman even had the nerve to ask for a tip.

Wait staff, managers are the worst I have ever seen. Tables around us must be friends, all got served, we ordered drinks, wanted lunch, but never got drinks. After 30 minutes, tried to talk to a pretty blond lady manager, that had been walking by us ignoring our table, she just brushed us off with a “I don’t care” hand jester. Waiter kept saying, 5 minutes, 5 minutes. Finally, after 35 minutes we walked! Don’t usually write negative reviews, but this staff deserves it! This is a restaurant that belongs to the Leopold Hotel, an elegant place, with amazing front desk staff. Am amazed when I see the other negative reviews that such a grand hotel doesn’t do a better job at...

U SRBIJI SAM SKORO SVAKI MJESEC POSLOM I OVO JE PRVI PUT DA SAM SE SUSREO SA OVAKVOM "USLUGOM" TE TOPLO PREPORUCUJEM IZBJEGAVANJE OVOG OBJEKTA U SIROKOM LUKU!!!

MY RECOMMENDATION ... NO !!!

WAITRESS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE !!!

TO THE QUESTION, IS THERE PORK IN THE PORTION OF CHICKEN (IN THE MENU, CHICKEN MEDALLIONS WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE WRITTEN), WHICH WE ORDERED, THE WAITRESS LIED THAT THERE WERE NO PORK WHILE A PIECE OF A PORK'S NECK LOOKED OUT OF THE CHICKEN MEDALLION, THE LADY IS PROBABLY THINKING IF SOMEONE IS NOT EATING PORK AND DON'T KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE! WHEN WE DRAW ATTENTION TO NOT EATING PORK BECAUSE FAITH DOESN'T ALLOW US, SHE SAID "WHAT CAN I DO THERE?"

THE REST OF THE DISCUSSION / DISCUSSION IS SO INCONVENIENT THAT I DON'T WANT TO LIST IT HERE ... THE OWNER OF THIS FACILITY CAN ONLY LEAD HIS BUSINESS TO DESTRUCTION WITH STAFF LIKE THIS!
