I'm not really sure how to explain my experience with the staff at this Harry's outlet! The food, atmosphere, and everything else were fine, but two waiters ruined pretty much everything! The amount of disrespect and unprofessional behavior is something I have never experienced before!

Four of us came to the bar just before 7 PM. We ordered 2-3 beers each and just before 8 PM, we ordered dinner. During the time our dinner was served, one of the waiters placed a "reserved" tag on the side of the table without saying anything.

We finished our dinner, ordered another round of beers, and then around 8:45 PM, a waiter approached our table and asked us if we could move to another table as there was a reservation for 9:30 PM. I told him no, we would not move as we were planning to leave anyway before 9:30 PM. He said okay and left.

Shortly after, we ordered another round of beers. Then, just around 9:10 PM, another female waitress approached the table and said we had to move as they had guests arriving at 9:30 PM. I told her that we would not move as we would finish our drinks before 9:30 PM and leave.

I really didn’t want to escalate things and start an argument, but this kind of behavior and complete disrespect for guests is something I have never experienced before! They basically reserved the table during our dinner time without considering the fact that we were still there! If the table had been reserved before we came and they informed us that there was a reservation for 9:30 PM, I wouldn’t have minded at all. But reserving a table for someone else in the middle of dinner, without even saying anything and asking your guests to move just like that, is insane, disrespectful, and insulting!

When I pointed this out to both waiters, they smirked and seemed surprised that I felt insulted. It’s disgusting to see people behaving like that! And the worst thing is that there were so many free tables inside and outside the restaurant!

Not that it really matters, but this was the last time I will be visiting Harry's bar. Good luck; educate your staff and let them learn how to behave, as it’s obvious that both of them I encountered tonight have zero knowledge and respect for what they do....

Harry's Boat Quay in Singapore is a gem for anyone seeking a perfect blend of business and pleasure! 🌟 Nestled along the picturesque Singapore River, the atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, making it an ideal spot for a casual meeting or a quick catch-up with friends. The waterfront view is simply breathtaking, providing a refreshing backdrop that inspires creativity and conversation.

I visited Harry's for a business meeting and was instantly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. ☕ They made sure our table was ready and even recommended some of their best offerings. The ambiance was lively, yet not too loud, which allowed us to discuss business matters without any distractions. It was the perfect balance of professional and relaxed.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the coffee. ☕ Harry's serves a robust and aromatic brew that was just what I needed to stay alert and engaged throughout the meeting. Alongside the coffee, we sampled some delicious finger foods that complemented our drinks perfectly. The menu offers a great variety, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Overall, Harry's Boat Quay offers an exceptional experience whether you're there for a meeting, a drink, or just to soak in the vibrant atmosphere. 🌅 It's a place where business and leisure blend seamlessly, making it a must-visit spot in Singapore. I can't wait to return and enjoy another cup of their...

Went to Harry's Boat Quay for dinner with my family on 12th June 2022. Since it was a Sunday, I called Harry's Boat Quay prior to heading down in hope to make a reservation. I was told that they don't accept reservations, only walk-ins. However, when I arrived there, we wanted to sit by the river view and was told by a staff that "those tables are for reservations"?

Then when we were ordering the food, we wanted to make use of our Burpple 1-for-1 deal and have clarified with a staff that we need not have to top-up and were able to use the deal. However, when the bill came, we were shocked because we were charged an additional cost. The staff came over and after clarification, he mentioned that "he heard wrongly", and never once did he apologise for his mistake or offer any form of remedy. Seems like customers are required to pay for their staff mistakes and it was definitely not a pleasant experience.

Have always been a fan of Harry's and this will probably be my first and final time in this outlet. Please help to ensure that staff are all well-trained and provided with proper communication skills in the future.

Update: As requested by the reply from the Harry's team, have wrote an email to them to investigate on this matter. Its been weeks but have yet to receive any reply or update on this matter. Please do not overpromise and...

A comedy show takes me to Harry’s Boat Quay, a quaint, cosy watering hole right by the river! Walking along Boat Quay, which is beside the river, is quite an experience in itself. Feeling the light breeze by the river, the bustling crowd and the rows of restaurants housed in heritage buildings, it incites a different kind of feeling. And Harry’s fits right into the vibe of Boat Quay. It is this cool pub with dark wood interior and yellow lights to give off the chill, cosy, stylish bar feel. Along with TV showing football matches, it is absolutely great for chilling and relaxing. The food is tasty, with lots of classics such as Aglio Olio, Pizzas, French Fries, Wings, Sausages and even Satay! There are also Mexican options, like Nachos, to perk things up. The service is very good, being friendly and helpful. I enjoy my outing here. Aglio Olio here is given a twist with the addition of Japanese Furikake, which works. The spaghetti is smooth and of al dente texture. The generous amount of prawns are so bouncy and juicy in texture. Beer Battered Prawns is so crispy on the outside, contrasting so well with the bouncy texture of the prawns. A very delightful snack. Sparkling Apple Juice with chamomile is actually very good and refreshing. Thoughts: Awesome place to chill, relax and enjoy some good food

Came here on the eve of my birthday and it was amazing!! The ambience is so beautiful. There was a live “band” playing (it was 2 guys hence the quotations). I’ve been to Harry’s before but at different locations, so i was pretty familiar with what’s good and what i wanted (literally everything on the menu is spectacular btw). They had espresso martinis!! MY FAV!! The band sang me happy birthday and made funny jokes and well wishes on stage to me and he even dedicated a song to me. He asked me what song i wanted and i didn’t know what to say (i was thinking smthg by coldplay but i was shy lmao) and he said “I’ll sing yellow by cold play for u” which was SO SWEET AWW😭😭 it was amazing, my sister recommended some songs too which they sang amazingly!! After performing he came up to our table to talk to us and personally wished me like a gentleman. A staff member then brought out their signature lava cake and ice cream but they had no candles so he held a lighter lit next to the cake the entire happy birthday song, it was so adorable and sweet of him🥹 With that being said, I would come back here again and again 100%!! Super pleasant experience <3 ~XoXo
